About Maddi Vice
Maddi Vice is a Ren'Py visual novel by 10KI, presented with animated 3D CG art and adventure-style choices. It is set in the Medical Special Care universe as a spin-off rather than a sequel to Medical Special Care 2. You play Maddison, the wealthy, controlling daughter of an influential man, after her father puts her into nursing work at St. Eva’s Hospital. Her carefully managed life begins to change as adult themes such as corruption, domination, and humiliation appear around her.
The current build is v0.1, an early release, so development is ongoing. It was released on August 25, 2026 for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English and uncensored. The update adds Maddison’s backstory, the opening hospital shift, initial character introductions, and several complete scenes with branching paths. The game also includes multiple endings and romance elements, while the story hints that someone becomes interested in Maddison and a person from her past remains attached.
Developer's description
A new visual novel set in the Medical Special Care universe. Maddison is the daughter of a wealthy and influential man. She’s used to controlling everything around her, playing her games, and always coming out on top. But her father decides it’s time for her to gain real experience — and puts her to work as a nurse at St. Eva’s Hospital. From that moment, her carefully controlled world starts to shift. Spoiler Version 0.1 features Maddison’s backstory, several full scenes with different paths, and the familiar Medical Special Care vibe — only from a very different perspective. Someone will start getting a little too interested in her. Someone from her past still can’t let her go. And for now, she’s sure everything will go according to her plan. This is a spin-off, not a sequel to Medical Special Care 2.
