Magic Pussy: Chapter 3

A visual novel with bad art is hard to save, but on top of bad art, there are bland and limited sex scenes, and it has clunky interface and move between rooms thing. Cannot justify downloading or wasting 10 gigabytes of harddrive space for this. Could not even watch gallery with a full open save.

The game tries something a bit different from the first two entries, introducing lots of new mini-games (all skippable, I think). The artwork and backgrounds are solid, but the characters sometimes feel off. The story starts intriguing but loses momentum pretty fast, only gaining it back at the end. Mini-games mostly feel pointless, serving more as filler than meaningful gameplay. (but it was like that in previous parts, as well.) Overall, the game shows effort and some improvements, but inconsistent design and lackluster execution keep it firmly mediocre. Spoiler: Spoiler And transforming into a girl and having orgy with passive role in it is not optional.

A mediocre visual novel. Compared to the first and second games, the characters look disgusting. Furthermore, some of them, despite their different outfits, have inconsistent body proportions. The sex scenes now attempt to be plot-driven, but the creators couldn't animate all the scenes. The scenes themselves are videos with changing camera angles. Compared to previous games, they now parody emotions. Navigating the locations has improved, which is offset by a useless map and a transition from the city center. Most of the minigames are added to waste time and are unenjoyable. The overall impression of the game is strange. The creators seem to have tried hard, but in many aspects, there are invariably unsystematic decisions. As a porn game, this game has improved. Now it's not pathetic, but mediocre.

This review is directed towards the final version posted on this site The game isn't all that bad but there were a few things for me that made the experience a bit tedious. Starting with the good things, I actually liked the game's aesthetics. The backgrounds, city, characters all looked pretty good to me. Pretty good quality renders The story initially seemed really interesting to me and fun. The mystery behind why the characters are there and getting to meet new characters and the story developing but... as the game went on, the story failed to keep me immersed enough to continue playing Part of that immersion break comes from the fact that, throughout most of the game, the only thing you will see is a black screen with the text box. And the times where there is actual artwork on the screen, it feels emotionless. There are no changes in expression, no different POV's to reflect the other character's emotions, it's basically just a still image. I don't know whether the developer will see this or not, but as a suggestion, the game could benefit a lot from different camera angles reflecting the different characters that the dialogue involves, see what their expressions might be, whether they are thinking about something, whether they're shocked by something... etc And the other thing that made the story feel a bit tedious, is that delay between certain messages. There is, technically, an option to make those delays shorter.. but in my experience, it did not work no matter where I put the slider. I can somewhat understand why the developer might've done this, to try and let the reader sort of digest the emotions.. but what this ends up causing is to make the player feel like the story drags on a bit too much I would suggest either vastly reducing those delays or removing them altogether, so as to not interrupt the flow of the story. The sex scenes were okay, but I have to admit that I frankly expected more of both gay scenes and futa/trans scenes. The only futa scene that you have in this game is a sex card that I assume you can get after completing the quest to remove Ravenna's curse , I could be mistaken though since I didn't really get that far into the quest to find out. Likewise with the gay scene, there is only one scene, I don't know when it happens because I unlocked it with a gallery unlocker save file someone provided, where the MC fucks Emmanuel in a field similar to where the storm summoning happens . The tags are also frankly misleading, when I saw female domination and male domination, I expected the character to be able to choose it's role in the sex scenes.. whether he wanted to be a bottom or a top, but sadly such choices don't exist. There is also one issue with the animation replayer on the gallery where you can't fast forward the animation, you click on the icons to fast-forward for they do not work, only play or pause do. As for the mini-games, I have seen a couple of them throughout my time playing but they do not serve any purpose. The ones I've got before I stopped playing were scripted and you were meant to lose to continue with the story. It would've been cool if the mini-games actually rewarded us with something if we managed to beat them Overall, this game on the outside looked like it had the potential to be a really engaging and fun experience but it failed to deliver. I give it a 3/5 stars due to the quality of the artwork
