Marisa and the Sexy Potion

Good enough, with nice art, but nothing special. It seems you can finish it as a virgin but even working at the brothel you need to grind a lot at least for the last boss. The rest of the bosses can be beaten with the gear you can buy off the shop and not really farming levels. That way it feels fairly unbalanced, but it's a hentai game after all. Since I just grinded for the last boss at the last area I found that very rarely you can get special gear not available at the shop, like an ultimate bracelet and an item that protects you against all status effects. No idea if there is also a broom or any other accessory. The story is very simple: you get a request to make a potion but you aren't the only one asked for it, so the first one making it wins. There is no time limit though and you just need 3 ingredients, hence the only 3 bosses. The skills aren't many, you can buy some off the shop and there are others in chests in every area, so you usually will just use the fire or ice aoe that for some reason deals more damage than the single target counterpart, build up TP and use the special skills that ignore defense. There is even an upgrade but switching stun for paralysis feels like a downgrade. There are 3 different outfits for some reason but I'm not sure if it's just for decoration, glitching out sometimes to the original one during conversations. It feels as if the developer had some ideas but they left them half done. And that calls for that one line the translator adds when you try to get to the Scarlet manor but you never have business there :' ) You also never visit your parents' store. Reimu is there just to tell you were to go but she got no more interactions. The brothel can be just repeated over and over again for infinite money as there is no corruption or changes. In the end it feels very halfbaked, just to release a small game, but enjoyable for the short time it lasts. And it also features mainly scenes on defeat, besides the brothel, so rewarding playing it badly and taking the easy route. As tip, don't understimate the last boss as the's very op compared to everything else in the game. Spoiler She'll be using heal fairly often, resurrecting her 2 minions after a few turns, one of them takes all of the damage even if you cast an AoE, she spams a skill that damages your MP so bring potions, buffs herself while debuffing and poisoning you... using every trick. As a last boss the challenge is nice, but she's out of place compared to every other enemy.

TLDR - a basic light corruption RPGmaker game, with a combat system you can't just mash attacks on. Good for about 2-3 hours if you bother to read the text. ARTWORK: The artwork itself is nice enough. There's really only 15 scenes but it does go out of its way to cover the basic kinks and some different outfits. (Recollection room shows 33 scenes but a lot of them are just the same scene with different outfits). Gameplay: It's not too hard, but you'll need to grind a bit and/or think about what you're doing for bosses. There is a clothing damage mechanic, but it's just visual and there is otherwise no "battle fuck" mechanics. Unfortunately a lot of the scenes are from losing, but at least the game provides an item to instant lose so you don't have to intentionally avoid leveling to see all the content legitimately. Writing: Bland overall, and can generally be skimmed through without missing much. But the text is readable and was translated by someone who knows English well enough to avoid awkward wording. Other thoughts: Terrain is pretty boring and uninspired, especially in the town & first 2 "Dungeons". Not a masterpiece, but nice for a quick h-game you can clear in an evening.
