Massage With Benefits is an adult point-and-click simulator created by pasunna in Godot, featuring animated 2D AI CG visuals. You play a male private massage therapist who works from home, where a young wife comes in hoping to ease everyday soreness. The game blends romance, management, and a progression that moves the session from therapeutic care toward intimate involvement.
The current build is v1.0.06, released on August 27, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows in English, is rated +18, and is uncensored. This update added a new pose, introduced Easy Mode, and restored gameplay parameters that had been unintentionally changed by technical problems in the previous version. Earlier updates also introduced a multi-slot save system, changed how items are used, and added frame-rate options to help with lag or freezing.

If you experience lag or freezing, you can try setting the FPS lock in the options menu.
By default, there is no FPS cap, which may cause high refresh rate monitors to consume excessive system resources. If your system has no issues, locking it is not necessary.

The game is now locked at 60 FPS to prevent high-refresh-rate screens (>60Hz) from overworking hardware during video playback.
If your device still experiences lag or freezing, there is an option to lock at 30 FPS in the settings.
Try turning it on to see if it helps.
