MechanumSexus is an adult RPG Maker title by StupidBug Exos where you play as a female protagonist controlling naughty girls on a difficult journey against heretical threats. These threats are framed as undeserving of fair treatment, and the stated goal is to reveal the true meaning of life to them. You shape strategy, handle combat, and unveil symbols while the premise plainly links physical pleasure with metallic strength. Its animated 3D CG presentation gives the sci-fi setting a stylized adult look.

The current build is v0.0.2, released January 31, 2025, and development is ongoing. It is available on Windows, Mac, and Android in English, and it is not censored. The latest update added five new animations, five Patreon-only missions, audio for all animations, three new characters, a system for choosing animations, and revamped older maps. Earlier, v0.0.1 was the initial release.
