MILFs of Sunville is a Ren'Py visual novel by L7team, presented with 3D CG animated visuals. You play a young man forced to leave a luxurious city life and return to Sunville, a small coastal town. He resents his father for abandoning him with a younger wife and no financial support, and wants to regain enough money to leave. The school setting introduces many mature women and teachers, tempting him to choose between his original goal and romantic pursuits. The game uses sandbox-style choices, relationship changes, and hidden phone photos.
Development is ongoing with the current build, Season 2 version 13.00, released July 2, 2026. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, offers English plus fifteen additional languages, and is uncensored. The latest changelog describes a large update adding roughly 3,700 images and numerous animated scenes. Earlier Season 2 notes also mention expanded content and animations, including a Hot Investigation story planned across multiple releases.
Developer's description
A young guy is forced to leave his luxurious life in a big city behind and return to a small town of Sunville,
located near the ocean shore.
He dreams of going back and is mad at his father who ditched him for a young wife,
and left him without any financial support.
He must find a way and acquire the means to make his plan come true, but will he be able to do it?
Spoiler
A lot of temptations await him on his way.
The college he’s going to attend is full of sexy girls and teachers.
He needs to make a choice: follow his original goal or dive into a seductive world of love affairs.
But nothing is ever easy — some relationships will demand changes from him.
He comes into town as a simple guy, will he be able to change?
And what direction will those changes take?
Will he become better or worse?
There are a lot of different ways of achieving his goals.
You’re going to assume the role of that young man in a visual novel with excellent animations and quality graphics.
The game also has a slew of cool features. For example, you can take hidden photos with your phone’s camera.

When the devs want to create a porn game so much they lose any limit… Pros: 1) Good visuals, and a nice pleasant lighting style to boot; 2) Most of the LIs are likeable, especially Sophie and Sarah; 3) Tons…

I like a lot of the models and animations, but the MC is such an asshole. He is the whiniest, skinny jeans wearing bitch I've ever encountered. He is an angry twink/queen stuck in a heterosexual story. He hates everything…

I think I'm being generous in giving it 2 stars but it's still not the worst out there. It's just sooooo boring. Most of the choices don't matter. It's not so much of a sandbox game since you don't have…
