Milkmilfs Icecream is a Ren'Py adult management sandbox game by GlowuruGames. You play a young man who needs college money and takes an ice cream shop job arranged by his uncle. The shop is unusual because it uses breast milk from mature women, so you sell products and spend time with coworkers. The game uses 3D CG animated visuals and includes milf themes.
The current build is v1.2, released September 3, 2026, and development appears ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, uncensored. The update adds 20 images and three coworkers, Kiara, Abby, and Danika, with continuous stories for each. It also fixes ticket purchase errors that blocked buying more than one ticket and corrects a music issue when starting the game.

- Increased earnings. Before, each client gave you $30, so you earned $300 per day. Now, earnings have increased to $50, so it will now be $500 per day.
- Fixed the bug that prevented you from working on the second day. Some people were unable to complete the second day after starting a new game.
- We changed the name of "Chocolate Chips" to "Sprinkles" (I know some people were getting confused... it was the only one, but it still happened).
- We added a "Shop" where you can buy profit upgrades, roulette tickets, and skins for your ice cream shop.
- There was a bug where players could get infinite money with the roulette wheel, so we decided to change a lot of things. For example, the roulette wheel now works with "Tickets," which you earn by completing a day or by buying them in the shop. We also removed the $1000 prize.
- The language selection screen was removed from the start screen because it was very annoying when entering the game. Now it will appear at the beginning of a new game.
- And we fixed some errors with the position of the "stars" text.
