You regained consciousness in Mita's room, but you have no memory of how you arrived there. You are unable to escape, and you cannot engage in combat with Mita. So there's nothing left to do but just enjoy the situation. A parody hentai VN mocking the situation with how Miside criticizing modern culture in the hands of the community, has turned into one of the works it criticizes.
