About Motel Seven

Motel Seven is a 2D adult adventure built with RPG Maker by ExtraFantasyGames, using 3DCG visuals. You play as the new owner of the town’s run-down motel, dealing with leaky ceilings, clogged sinks, and unpaid relatives. Your step mom and step sister move in, while investment banker Randy Higglesbottom tries to take the property. You must raise twelve thousand dollars in ten days to keep a roof over your head. The game mixes management, corruption, and humiliation themes as you unlock scenes, improve specialties, watch from the window, and customize names and relationships.

The current release is the v1.3 Demo, dated July 30, 2024, for Windows in English, with no censorship. Development continues through demo updates. The latest changelog notes a quick fix for missing files that were absent from the previous build. Earlier demo work included quality-of-life changes and removing unused material to reduce the file size.

Congratulations, you’re the new owner of the Motel Seven, seediest joint in town. The ceilings leak, the sinks are clogged, and is that blood on the wall?? To top it off, your step mom and step sister are coming to stay, and they aren’t paying rent. It’s expensive to run a dump like this! Now, investment banker Randy Higglesbottom wants to buy the motel out from under you. You and your step family will be homeless, unless you can come up with $12,000 in 10 days. It’s a lot of money and not a lot of time, but fortunately, you have a couple great asses… assets. Whore out your step family to make enough money to pay off the investor before he seizes your home. Unlock different scenes and specialities for your girls. Watch through the window as they service your customers, and get a little side action for yourself, too. Customize names and relationships.

v1.3 Demo Another quick update. This time fixing some missing files that didn't get included in the last build for some reason. v1.1 Demo Had a great response to the new demo these last few days. I recently updated it with a couple of quality of life changes, as well as cutting out all the stuff I didn't use which shrunk the file 75%. Demo Initial Release
