About My Femdom Boss

My Femdom Boss is a slow-burn adult visual novel made with Ren'Py by CraveRot. You play Sam, a shy young intern at a prestigious company, whose boss Veronica Blackwell is confident, ruthless, and dominant. The story uses 2D CG art, expressive characters, and a kinetic-novel presentation, with themes of female domination, romance, and teasing as ordinary office tasks become increasingly personal.

The current build is Chapter 5, released April 25, 2026, and it presents the conclusion of the main story. This update adds major new intimate content, expands scenes involving additional partners, and includes an optional start-of-chapter toggle to disable those scenes. It also completes Sam’s final transformation and submission. The game is in English, uncensored, and available on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android.

Developer's description

A slow-burn femdom visual novel about obedience, desire, and the fine line between power and trust. You’re Sam — a shy young office intern, freshly hired at a prestigious company. But there's a catch. Your new boss isn’t just demanding… she’s dominant. Veronica Blackwell is confident, ruthless, and utterly captivating. What starts as harmless tasks and polite obedience soon turns into something deeper, darker… and far more personal. Will you resist her growing control — or embrace your new role completely?

Although with some glaring shortcaming (e.g plot from getting to know each other to SM play goes at breakneck speed), the art and the actual submission play itself are fairly good. Deserves the visibility in a sea of AI slop.
