My Lewd Therapy is an adult dating sim by Naughty Narratives, built in Ren'Py with 2D AI CG art. You play a male protagonist who runs provocative therapy sessions for several heroines, using conversation, flirtation, and explicit scenes to build relationships. The game includes monster girl characters and presents routes that can be unlocked as players interact with different women. Players can explore multiple character paths and unlock scenes through repeated interactions.
The current build is v0.8, released February 11, 2026, and development is ongoing. It is available on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, with no censorship. The latest update added Beach and Bar locations, dates for Mirko, Nagant, Midnight, MtLady, and Curious, along with follow-up scenes, a new MtLady outfit, and a Replay Therapy cheat.
Developer's description
Your new job? Running intense “therapy” sessions for some of the hottest heroines around. Get close. Flirt, tease, and seduce your way through personal, provocative conversations and explicit hands-on therapy. Every heroine has her own kinks, quirks, and emotional walls—if you want to win her over, you’ll need to be clever, bold, and just the right kind of dirty. Unlock scenes packed with filthy talk, wild requests, and real chemistry. Every route is packed with unique, uncensored moments—no fake romance, no sugarcoating, just pure, unapologetic lewdness and raw human energy.
