My New House Gavana City

This game is quite raw: the framework is there, both for the game and the story, and it's good, but it would need some more work and polish to feel like a completed game. There's no audio except for background music (that I always mute anyway). Even just some generic moans and sex noises would have been a big improvement. The images and animations are good. A few more would be needed to fill some gaps here and there, but it's a minor issue compared to the others. The story and characters are good, but the writing is shortened down to the bare functional minimum, it reads like a draft in need of longer descriptions and expanded dialogues. You can see an example here in the phone chat screenshot: "Thanks for the lovely evening. A little reward for you. <boob pics>" "Holy shit". That's the whole chat. Another example is when you fuck Mia in the kitchen: it jumps straight from the menu choice to "A moment later, I'm already inside Mia" on a black image, and then a single animation of the MC fucking naked Mia, with a couple lines of generic sex dialogue. There's no scene buildup whatsoever, no extra description, no spice. The game is not tagged as such, but it's a strict VN: your only choice is who to marry at the very end. I'm fine with that, I don't dislike VNs (actually, I hate when it's impossible to see everything in a single run). Stitched on top of that, there's some grind that's entirely pointless, because without an interesting management game around that grind, it just boils down to doing the same thing over and over until a number is high enough. You can play the minigames, skip them, or just cheat, it doesn't matter a bit. Then there's the code. Oh my. For such a simple story, there are quite some bugs here that prevent you from advancing the plot and from unlocking all the scenes in the gallery. I pointed out some in the thread. At this point, I probably spent more time debugging than playing.

This game is "tight". Perfect size, good animations, options to not grind, the girls have different body types with different personalities. It deserves 5 stars because it does not have blatant flaws. The dev seems cool too.

v1 I find it funny at midnight that that the 24 hr store is closed. There's an exception at one point when i click anna to find out whats left to do to get her step mother. I already had the spy cam but had to buy it again to continue the mission. And it doesn't show 2 in inv...so i wasted $500 getting it early, now i got duplicate 304 keys. Dev said old save is the issue with the anna quest log, he's looking into it...since he's so fast to replay keeping it 5 stars. v .4 I have to say this is excellent, it's a fun game where no one gets humiliated, or hurt. Everyone is having a great time. The mc has many ladies that he is seeing, and his roommate is ok with him banging them all. The neighbor is ok with him banging other ladies, it's like everyone wins in this avn. I'm glad someone posted about stealth i was wondering how to increase that. Spoiler: spoiler for future content In the future we will see the making of the video and also the charming of the stepmother of the coffeeshop woman. The render and animations are top notch. The story isn't rocket science but it doesn't need to me. The pace is good. And again i like everyone is having a good time. I am surprised that the mc doesn't have to pay rent, or if he is, i forgot lol. Games a sandbox with out the a massive grind. Great job dev, i like that is breaks the cookie cutter games. It's vanilla with a little shibari thrown in.
