Nectar of the Gods

It's early on a first game. The writing is passable, but does have some mis-spellings. This is not bad translation or ML-Translation trash. So it's good in that aspect. Story is there, but you jump straight into the fucking and there's really no character introduction. Here's your sister I mean mom's best friends daughter. She's sitting at lunch at school, meet fuck her friend. "Choosing" how you fuck one of the girls seems a little stretched and not "in universe". The good news is that the dev has pushed out a couple of "days" of game play since release in August. Reviewed as 0.1.4: Grind 4/5 So far, no "grind". But there are "likes" and i imagine that at some point we will have to revisit the same scenes over and over again to generate "likes" but so early into the game it's not so bad. Story 3/5 Story: Gods gives a guy living in with his "mom's best friend" and her three daughters, power to fuck all the girls. So far it's meet a god, fuck a girl. A little interesting. UI 3/5 Basic twine, no css. Just html. But at least it keeps it simple and not annoyingly complicated. Gameplay 2/5 Click, Scene, Click, Scene, Click, Scene. Choose between Scene A/B, click, Scene, Choose a girl. It's early in the development cycle. It's a kinetic novel as of right now.

This has promise as a demo but so far it's boring as a game. It feels as if JNugz is trying to shove as much porn as possible in your face to distract from the fact that there's not actually much to do. While that's fair for a demo I suppose, I wish there was more engagement with the game elements presented right at the end of the demo rather than a shallow, surface level inclusion of mythology (which will probably feel better suited in the full version). But as it is currently, I'm not a huge fan- there's promise, yes; but I think it's laughable as a demo because it gets too wrapped up in the Percy Jackson-esq world building, leaving you stuck between exposition and porn with marginal gameplay elements thrown in. On the upside, there's a decently sized cast of characters . The downside being, that's a decently sized cast to build off of; potentially, this will bloat the dev time for resource acquisition and file size as well. Although, the narration and dialogue during the lewd scenes is usually ripped from the relevant material so this won't be as huge an issue, especially given how shallow the characters are. I'm just saying, I've certainly seen examples of HTML games that rip assets which have used material better, and as visual for the unique tone more creatively rather than as the determining factor of the tone. Still, I'm sure some will enjoy this experience if they aren't much bothered by those things and just want to goon to something with minor input. I'll come back to this when there's more content and re-review, because I'm sure there's promise here- I just don't have all that much faith in it at this moment. Lots of potential. There is some mistakes here and there (i had to rename two files because the filename in the folder didn't match what was in the game). I think the text is too colorful, i understood that it was trying to give every god it's own color but i think it's too much. I liked the videos, the interactions were a bit shallow but it's a porn game so. Not much choices so i hope as development progresses there is a more.
