About Nevard
Nevard is an adult visual novel by Reinn, built in Ren'Py with 3DCG art. You play a male protagonist who has left a war-damaged home and traveled to the mysterious city of Nevard. The city is tied to important historical events, but its legends mix magic, strange occurrences, and contested accounts. As reality and fantasy overlap, the story explores secrets that challenge what can be believed. Its themes include fantasy, romance, and superpowers, presented through choices and relationship-focused scenes.
Development is ongoing, and the current build is v0.2 fix, released on November 18, 2023. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, with English text and no censorship. The previous v0.2 update continued the story, added several choices and videos to earlier content, and included new material. The fix follows that release as the latest available version.
Developer's description
After fleeing his war-ravaged home, our protagonist embarks on a journey to the enigmatic city of Nevard. This metropolis, once the epicenter of pivotal historical events, is shrouded in controversy due to tales that intricately weave the tapestry of its past with threads of magic. Amidst a historical narrative that should be approached with solemnity, heated debates ensue regarding the authenticity of accounts involving magical beings and seemingly absurd events. How is it possible that crucial historical events are intertwined with fantasy and delirium? The city of Nevard harbors secrets that defy logic, and our protagonist stands at the crossroads of uncovering the truth in a world where reality and magic unexpectedly converge.
