This is pretty much just a VN that forces boring and grindy minigames down your throat. The combat mechanics were not interesting. Not to mention that for the amount of time the game wanted me to put in it the actual H scenes were rare and exceptionally bland. I will give the dev credit for the amount of story in the VN aspect of the game.
Finally tried this game, I had big expectations after playing my favorite "Overlord H" and sadly, this game is the worst i played from winterfire . H scenes almost non existing (this game is in very early development so I understand), but those "scenes" that are implemented already into the game are just bad as hell. Just 1-2 image? of mc and naked Rias, lot of text and that's it. That's the sex scene. Or BJ scene.... again, 1 image of that girl name i forgot and that's the BJ scene. [I was looking forward to this game as i loved "High School DxD" until they made MC a pussy and biggest perv of all and entire plot that was demons vs angels/fallen angels/humans to ... boobs. The entire season as i watched (don't remember which it was) was just BOOBS. Boobs this, boobs that, mc become boobs king, the fuc*ing badass dragon become boobs follower like xd ] But back to the game. H-scenes does not exist, h-images boring as fu*k and very few, overall gameplay is very bad, "fighting" system is... or will be just "ok" in future updates when dev will implement it as it's non existing too for now. (Just one/two battles you can fight but it got buggy for me as i couldn't defeat one enemy at all. (He got no damage). This was suppose to be H-game "with a high focus on the hentai content" 2 images of naked Rias or 1 BJ image is no "high focus of hentai content" at all. I like the dev, but this game is literally the worst game i've played in like 4 years.
(Version R7) Damn. that's a lot of work , but as on a Chapter 6, I've had a question. Where's the porn? It's only nudity, or things you can... buy in game? Pornception? No actual sex stuff, the story is pretty mild, even tamer than Fate series. Pros: - I surely liked first five chapters, the story and dialogues - writer knows how to play on feels and make something coherent, while not making it overly complicated with shitton of unnecessary dialogues - The atmosphere is good, the whole setting with school friends, I hope they will get their small arcs - I have never watched/read OG DxD, and I STILL liked what I saw - A small detail of a social network with posts that was fun to read and answer, honestly - never before Cons: - Minigames are really boring, given the amount of time you need to play them - Minigames are endless. Skill cap is very low, you can punch the sandbag and stay on 60 seconds left for your whole life. Sadly I got bored long before I acquired max exp - The game is still pretty raw, no combat where it should've been, but ok - It's streamlined, 1 choice through five full chapters + part of sixth, where I dropped this game. ALTHOUGH it's not a real con, sometimes you can do good stuff with rare choices that matter, so... - The "speak->gift->..." system was never really good to begin with, sad to see its implementation with Asia - Actual porn pacing is slow/non-existent - Sixth chapter made it more weird with revealed fact that Spoiler: not really a spoiler demons are requested to play fucking videogames, I slapped my face Spoiler (no, I don't like NTR either, but) I'll try and monitor this game to change rating accordingly later. I haven't played to seventh chapter since I was bored to hell. It felt good initially though, the whole mess with fallen angel was something. If you had Ishibumi learn how to be an AVN dev and asked him to make a visual novel about his series, this would be it. The cut away scenes about the characters actually made Akeno BETTER than in the anime. The minigames feel awkward at first, but its the ol manga "work hard and get better! only way!" thing that literally every battle manga does so it makes sense. Overall, great work.
