About New Life as a Lion

New Life as a Lion is an RPG Maker game by EchiSoft, shown as animated 2D AI CG. You play Yoshio, an otaku who is transported to a fantasy land after being run over, becoming a Lion Man. He can grow stronger as a beast warrior, aim to become the Lion boss, and build a harem of lion girls in heat, with turn-based combat against aggressive monsters. The world also brings food shortages and human hostility.

Development is ongoing with v0.7, released August 25, 2025 for Windows in English and uncensored. The changelog notes for 0.3b added two main missions, an optional Mine Construction and expansion mission, faster skill animations, adjusted monster and boss strength, completed the Nori route, included two Hot Lionesses events, and fixed text errors.

Yoshio is an otaku boy who was transported to a fantasy world after being run over in his world, and upon arriving in this new world, he discovers that he is no longer human, now he is a… Lion Man?! Fortunately for Yoshio, in this world he can strengthen himself and become a very strong beast warrior, and perhaps, he can be the Lion boss, and with this position have his own harem of lion girls in heat. But not everything is good in this new world, Yoshio will have to solve several problems such as the scarcity of food, the hostility of humans, and the abundance of aggressive monsters that will try to kill you if you give them the chance.
