About Nightmare Manor
Nightmare Manor is a remake of Nightmare Mansion by Tsuyoi Ko, built with RPG Maker as a 2D animated horror game. You play Kuroki Sana, whose best friend Ujimiya Tomo is also caught up in an urban legend about women falling into comas after sleep and seeming trapped in nightmares. After Sana and Tomo are struck by a nightmare, they wake in an unfamiliar place and find themselves confined in a prison of despair that offers no escape. The game presents its adult situations through animated scenes and a focus on horror and corruption.
The current build is v1.0, released April 11, 2026 for Windows PCs. It is available in Japanese, English, Korean, and Traditional Chinese, and uses mosaics as censorship. This Japanese-made game presents 2DCG visuals.

It seems these women are having nightmares. The protagonist, Kuroki Sana, and her best friend, Ujimiya Tomo, are struck by a nightmare one day, and when they come to, they find themselves in an unfamiliar place. And they still don't know. They are currently trapped in a prison of despair with no escape...
