About NTR Massage & Betrayal

NTR Massage & Betrayal is an adult Unity game by SSSXXXGame, formerly called NTR Massage Master. It presents a 3D animated training scenario in which the player acts as both an observer and the person controlling the transformation of ordinary women into more alluring figures. You progress by unlocking bolder options, shaping encounters through a remote-control style setup. The game uses 3D CG visuals and includes adult themes such as cheating, male domination, and sandbox-style freedom.

The current build is the Steam release, dated July 1, 2025, with v1.15, and updates continue after its June 27, 2025 launch. It runs on Windows and supports English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. The changelog adds the uncensored Steam version, Korean machine translation, and text fixes. Earlier updates adjust the Health Club Girl story, map display, room movement, park character errors, and health-related escape problems.

Interesting concept, terrible execution. The character models and the inclusion of massage segments are the only things that the game has going for it, which is saying a lot because the massage segments aren't even very good. It has obnoxious…

I like the character designs, and the animations are decent. Besides that, this game is an awful, buggy mess, with horrible translations and the most tedious minigames I've ever seen. I don't know what it is with these porn games…
