NTRonpa is an adult RPG Maker game with AI-generated CG artwork, set in a school killing game. You play a male protagonist who awakens beside fourteen other participants, encountering a bear with strange coloring. The premise centers on escaping the killing game, resisting a mysterious rival, and deciding whether to protect your classmates or give in to darker outcomes, with netorare themes.
The current build is v0.4, released October 23, 2026, and development continues. It runs on Windows, is in English, and is partially censored. The latest update adds a Keiko scene, two school blog posts, a second floor, new characters including Mikan, Sonia, Celeste, K1-B0, and Kazuichi, a library work activity, four animated library scenes unlocked at thirty affection, and several bug fixes.
