Omertà is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by M.C Games, presented with 3DCG animated visuals and a male protagonist. You play a banished made guy trying to rebuild his life after bad luck, meeting allies and enemies while seeking control of a city that is darker than it first looks. The story blends humor and romance, using choices to shape the route.
The current release is v0.7 Rework, dated May 25, 2023, and development remains ongoing. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The update adds Episode 2 Part 2, a music room, two new soundtracks, typo fixes, dialogue font size adjustments, some character graphic tweaks, and a slightly reworked recap with added material for players interested in Episode 1.
