About One Twisted Fantasy

One Twisted Fantasy is an adult Ren'Py game by Zelltin. You play a male protagonist pulled into a troubled fantasy world after demons attack him at home. With his perception changed, he seeks strength while navigating politics, fighting demons, and exploring the Scar to uncover the world’s dark workings. The point-and-click adventure mixes romance, strategy, and turn-based combat, with management and sandbox elements, and uses 3D CG visuals.

The current build is v0.328, released July 11, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, uncensored. The latest changelog adds two Cecily scenes, a Robert world-building scene, and several short rest scenes. Earlier updates introduced Lily and Cecily romance content, Alana route scenes, combat changes, Scar floors, training and market activities, sound effects, and save fixes.

Developer's description

You are pulled into a troubled fantasy world, where your attempts to avoid 'trouble' fail spectacularly when you are attacked by demons in the safety of your residence. With your perception of the world drastically changed, you set off in the pursuit of strength. You will have to navigate delicate political situations, fight demons, traverse the Scar, and discover the truth of what’s happening in this twisted fantasy world. Along the way, you will meet a variety of heroines who are closely tied to the dark workings of the world. Through them you may find the truth, or maybe even a way home, if that is what you truly seek?
