Path of Sorrow and Pleasure is a 3DCG adventure RPG made by A la Ethereal in Unreal Engine. You play as Roderick, a daring adventurer traveling through a world endangered by an unknown dark force. He meets dangerous enemies and people who offer kindness, then gains allies with their own abilities and backgrounds. As the allies work to learn what the evil really is, you face perilous trials, make important choices, and build relationships that are tested during battle.
The current build is a technical demo, showing that development is still ongoing. It is version v0.1, released on March 20, 2026, for Windows in English, with no censorship. The latest update introduced the first technical demo release, giving players an early look at the game.
