About Pictresting
Pictresting is a Ren'Py adult simulator from oddOne23. You play as Daniel Hayes, a 29-year-old male photographer who shoots corporate events and wants his images to be noticed, debated, and remembered. Entering a competition sets his story in motion. Your choices decide which shoots you take, which people you draw near or distance from, and what kind of photographer and man he becomes. The game uses AI CG-style visuals and a point-of-view framing.
The current build is v0.2, released June 19, 2026, and development continues. It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux, in English, without censorship. The latest update adds 4000 fresh code lines, including new dialogue, and 181 new picture generations. It also introduces a new character, updates the Main Menu with Patreon and SubscribeStar buttons, and improves mobile text handling for pictures on devices. An earlier v0.1 full release added a teal UI, a redesigned main menu, and music.

What he wants is to take pictures people actually see, argue about and remember. So he enters a competition — and everything that’s been standing still starts to move. Where it goes from here is yours to decide. The shoots you take, the people you pull closer or push away, the kind of photographer — and man — you’re willing to become. Step into a new world and build the career, on your terms.
