You play Anzu, a gal spirit medium who travels to the countryside to exterminate yokai. A lecherous plague god deceives and rapes her, leaving seeds that stir deep lewdness inside her stomach. To prevent conception, she must depend on the village doctor while battling monsters that stand in her way. The story mixes corruption, combat, and fantasy as she tries to reclaim her body.

The current build is the released version v1.0, dated February 24, 2024, not a demo. It runs on Windows and is available in an English fan translation. The game is censored with mosaics. Its presentation uses 2D CG artwork and animated scenes, with combat sequences and a rural fantasy setting. The build includes the premise described above, with Anzu’s struggle against yokai and the consequences of the plague god’s attack.
