Pornstar Manager

It has a wide variety of actresses, that said it was missing one of my favorites. I think it needs a wider variety of images to display per actress as well as instead of it showing a simple image it would be better if it was a gif that had motion or something like a webm. No sound of course but at least some repeating frames would be nice. Also taking a look at their discord they have seemingly a start to creating a modding community so that more actresses can be added by the community on their own, however there isn't really much that I saw which seemed to be apparent tutorials on how to easily mod the game. So they could use some tools or easier paths to adding models to the game to make modding easier or more accessible. Also it feels like the game needs some additional features, such as what if you could pay to send an actress to a blowjob school to raise their blowjob stat. Rather than them simply having static stats, make it so we can increase their stats with some sort of training. Also there is events where we can buy upgrades such as furniture or cameras or microphones. It would make sense to remove these from the events and instead create a new section where you can purchase upgrades that add bonuses to how much money you make. Also the cap on the number of "active" girls you can have feels a little arbitrary. If we want for this to be fun have it be that all the girls are always active unless they are sick or something, and have them just make a smaller amount of money until you get "equipment" like better furniture sets, lighting, camera, microphones, etc to get a better set to shoot the porn in. Have skills training so you can increase their base stats until they hit 100 and better stats means better earnings. That plus the variety of more images per actress and or video/gifs added can morph this into not just being an idle porn game but into something that feels fun and adds some more dopamine hits as you play and evolve. Still good porn, not a bad start to a game. Saving seemed to be broken for me which was mildly annoying but not super important. I look forward to seeing the creator expand on it and improve as versions come out. Keep it up dev!

Not for everyone, but definitely an interesting twist. It takes the concept and can do great things with it, i lke the idea and has great potential. With some refinement, it could become something really special. resting twist on the genre, Great Potential

Game has big potential. I needs a lot of work but so far the game is fun and will get better with improvements (Which have been mentioned in the post.) Giving a 5 stars so the rating gets higher, and because with the right work, it can get there. Good luck, looking forward for more updates!

This is a fun, first attempt with plenty of scope for easy addons for future improvements. The main issues: 1) the pace which reduces the time to enjoy what's going on, leaving you feeling rushed and 2) there's not enough reward for what your doing with some small, grainy pictures and no gifs or videos. I appreciate this would increase the file size, so possibly it could be added as a downloadable add on. Thoughts and ideas: I would prefer a less is more approach - less girls and more enjoyment. There are a huge number of girls, currently at least 100 or so, with seemingly no purpose due to their low rating and desirability that could be better utilised in a first phase of the management. Why would a studio starting out be able to get the most popular stars? Your more likely to need lower rated, less well known girls in this phase. Therefore I would like to see more of a building of your roster before you can access the higher ones as your reputation grows. At the moment, it's just get the girls with the highest rating as fast as possible, rather than choosing and planning how to make it your studio. Girls should also automatically complain if they are not selected to work, then leave after a short period of time if they don't get chosen, as you end up just stockpiling girls at the bottom of the screen and not using them. It would be fun to be able to create a niche studio for a specific kink(s) rather than just going for the usual most famous stars. Pausing and being able to save properly and build a different group without losing the first would help massively.

So, here's the problem: There's no management in this game. You open packs, click on random events and watch numbers go up. That's the game. I like the idea of FIFA-style porn star cards but there's not enough content for them. They all feel the same. The game could be infinitely deeper if there were systems like talents, evolutions, synergies and so on. The random events require constant attention and don't offer much depth, they're just simple decisions and start to repeat very quickly. The point of a gooning game is to goon. There's not enough gooning in this game.

Not bad but after a few min the game play is super repetitive. The scenes off to the side that you unlock pass by pretty fast. Needs some sort of list of things to unlock so you have something to work for.

All I'm going to say is that there's actually a lot of potential the creator can do. He can lean into a shiny version of actors and make them rare to get or even more in-depth the actors' skills with events and ofc more interactivity with actors, so many routes to take would love to see happen

Much like the real life world of porn, this is entirely un-sexy. I don't really get the point. You can't goon. You barely interact. Opening packs has this obnoxious screen flare effect that blinds me in my dark room. Random events pop up super fast and are very annoying. It doesn't matter what you do after the first 5 minutes you'll have so much money that nothing actually matters.

tl;dr: A project with a lot of effort that I can't see ever being fun. Pornstar Manager is a weird game to think about. It has a good amount of work behind it, considering the fairly well done presentation and functionality. Having over 500 porn stars certainly must have taken a good amount of time to sort out. The massive amount of girls within this is likely needed to make the card collection loop engaging but it doesn't help with actually giving pornographic content to enjoy. Here's the dirty secret of the little thumbnails that the game gives when the girls are working: there is only one for each girl. This took me a while to realize as the game moves so fast and its hard to keep track of just who the hell you actually have. Adding more content for the girls seems like an impossible effort. If you wanted every girl to have at least 1 other thumbnail picture, you would have to add more than 500 pictures. Gifs or videos would be out of the realm of possibility for a similar purpose. The gameplay loop is simple but functional, although not really fun. Dealing with the events isn't too bad if you don't think too hard about it. Spending money is typically the right move, I think. I don't think you can actually go into negatives but that might have been a bug. A big issue with the events is that the black and white pics are pretty damn ugly, especially for porn content. While some events are funny, the joke can only last so long (I think my entire porn empire was made on the back of Mr. Beast, somehow.) Dealing with these events also takes focus away from the actual porn. Came for the boobs, stayed for the constant lawsuits by cameramen. The UI also really needs an improvement. Others have already noted the weirdness of opening packs. The biggest issue in my opinion is adding girls to the roster. You have to scroll past the area where you unassign people to find your roster and add them. It's clunky, although I don't know how it could be fixed. So what is to be done? I got no clue. More girls, in case the 500+ in the game isn't enough? Maybe just fixing the gameplay loop to not feel so anxiety inducing with the speed and improving the UI. Admittedly I don't quite understand the card collecting phenomenon so I might not be the best to judge this. I do like the music choices, its better than most games on here. There are some fun (and not so fun) facts in the main menu? That's about it. I do hope the dev continues designing games as I think this is well made, it is just that the game seems built on a poor premise.

At first glance, it seems like it wants to be a spiritual successor to a certain other pornstar collector game by a certain monkey, but it falls flat in a lot of places. The gameplay consists of you starting your own porn studio, and then slowly but steadily recruiting more and more pornstars to be assigned in slots, letting them bring in more income and opportunities for you. You're then able to spend money to open more card packs for more pornstars to be more efficient, and that's pretty much the game loop. Pros: Great roster of pornstars, introduced me to a lot I didn't know existed. Building upon the former pro, the themed packs were fun to open since you can more or less choose your desired race/ethnicity. Entertaining events that play on popular culture, while still maintaining relevancy to the game itself. Game runs smoothly, minus some minor lag when alternating between menus. Cons: The entire premise of the game is based off of the aforementioned events. They run on a timer and thus demand your constant attention. You'll see the same events over and over and they lose their charm after the 5th time they appear. It's amusing at first but becomes a chore after 10 minutes. Essentially no direct interaction with any of your pornstars, outside of a couple random events (which just use a single generic photo to illustrate what you're doing with them). Many pornstars have initial effectiveness ratings that could be argued don't make sense on a personal level. Of course, this is highly subjective and the "Legends" roster speaks for itself, but this led me to not use pornstars I had an affinity for merely due to their ineffectiveness. The little window in the top right that shows what your assigned pornstars are doing feels disconnected. You get a 2 second preview of a still image (no videos) with a random description (some of which have spelling errors in them). It goes by too quickly to appreciate and even if you could pause it, it's not exactly appealing. The leveling system is odd. After letting your assigned pornstars work enough, their rating is increased and you'll eventually get new artwork for them. While this is a nice feature, due to my aforementioned issue with the arbitrary rating system, you won't see any "transformations" for your favorites since it's restricted to pornstars with an initial rating high enough or the ability to go over a certain rating. Overall, it's a fun and not commonly explored concept, but very poorly executed. Would not recommend unless you're trying to kill time and/or want to discover some new names in the industry.
