About Road To Cassiopeia
Road To Cassiopeia is a 2D Ren'Py adventure RPG by JPDE, set after a global catastrophe where most humans live in huge underground bunkers, except Cassiopeia, the last capital. Access to the city is invite-only, and the call comes through Gaeanet after a citizen dies. You play a female protagonist you create, choosing body type, background, stats, and abilities. The game asks you to leave the darkness for the Upperground and reach Cassiopeia by any means, while facing challenges, avoiding them, or recovering after failure. It uses 2DCG art and themes of dystopian sci-fi and character creation. The game contains no sexual content.
The current build is a demo released September 5, 2023, with the latest changelog dated September 10, 2023 marking the initial demo release. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, and no censorship applies.

After a global catastrophe, the last dregs of humanity huddle up in enormous underground bunkers. With one exception: Cassiopeia , the last capital of humanity. Access to the city is invite-only. Whenever a citizen dies a call is sent out through Gaeanet, detailing the conditions for acceptance, the guidelines for selection. There have been treasure hunts, fights to the death, tests of skills, and duels of wits... But this time? The request is cruel, the task impossible. "Come to Cassiopeia." "Reach the city by any means and you shall have a place amongst us." Spoiler CREATION Create your heroine. Choose her body type and background, her stats, and abilities. ADVENTURE Leave the darkness for the Upperground. Find your truth through the post-apocalypse. CHOOSE Tackle challenges or avoid them. Fall and find a way back. It's not always the end.
