Played this quite often, although analytically, I don't even know why. It's quite repetitive and there aren't really any "scenes" with your character, but I guess I'm just a bitch for roguelike games. T_T No, it's all in all quite nice, if you like the game style and transformation, but it could be more with meta progress or more specific h-scenes.
What an awesome game. Great character art, plenty of unique elements and enemies, and the deck building is actually that of a real game. This is definitely on my watchlist for more content, as I'm already having a blast playing it. Also they have custom art for all the cards too! How delightful is that!
It's good and really building into something nice. Cute girls, decent content for what it is. Love the art and the game is adding more visually. Updates are smallish but not tiny. Especially recently the updates have felt feel frequent and productive.
Played 0.2.6 I like the game. It is fun to play, but it gets a bit repetitive over time. I think the balancing is much better than before, but still sometimes it could be a bit more challenging. The use of AI-art is visible but not that bad, I hope in the future it will get replaced or updated. The idea with the deck corruption is nice and a good addon to the many inspirations taken by slay the spire. Over all: fun to play and good potential
[v0.2.5] Lame, who knew a worse Slay the Spire would both suffer from the same problems of Slay the Spire and have its own? The only thing it has going for it is not being a waste of electricity and space for AI art, the rest is lacking in all aspects. Very limited cards, cards have preset gimmicks that make most of them incompatible, Slay the Spire "power at a price" style "upgrades", corruption isn't actually explained all that well and the generally poor QoL features, gameplay features, animation features, replay features. Unlikely to give it another chance anytime soon.
Deck builder with a good game loop. Lacks a bit of content but got great potential. With AI I don't see why every card got its own custom animation against the enemies. As for gameplay, a bit difficult on the first level, the rest of the levels becomes almost too easy.
A decent transformation game, in which there is nothing more than transformation. The difficulty of battles increases as you progress. The game lacks post-battle content. It could be added: Rest in the hotel could, on the contrary, help to earn money, provided that the player has transformed enough. The periodic return of the player to the starting city (to the princess) as the player transforms would lead to different situations. Interaction with monsters after the battle in case of victory or defeat, followed by a demonstration of the victim coming to his senses.
Played version 0.1.9 Stage 2 Bosses Good Can turn off analytics Losing health causes your character to slowly change gender from male to female. This is only when you’re a human male, though. Large quantity of art, good quality At the end of the first chapter, based on the cards you picked up, you can corrupt your form into beast/slime/demon. This changes your appearance and gives you a perk/changes your deck. Issues The end of the tutorial screen has a “next” button that does nothing when pressed Mousing over the furthest left or right card moves it a little to be more visible, but doesn’t raise it high enough to read all its text. This is not an issue in the middle cards.

NO, I certainly DO NOT consent to this game tracking analytics, go fuck yourself. I don't care how good your game may be, forcing me to enable analytics to be able to play the game is a dick move, and would be illegal if this game was distributed in the EU. Not sure if that's actionable given the lack of Steam version and the lack of minimum price on Itch, but this stinks to high heavens.
This game is tagged with Female Protagonist, which I feel is a little disingenuous? But I let other games get away with it for being hot, so I suppose it's only fair. Rogue Femme is a Slay the Spire style game (Ed: I have not played Slay the Spire) where the main draw is transformation. Each battle you win, you can choose between three cards, typically based on the enemies you just defeated, and the ratio of card types (currently Beast, Slime, and Mythic are the base types, with more in testing) determines what creature you start turning into when you're damaged. The base game is nothing to write home about; generally you'll be either blocking or attacking, with a handful of cards that allow you to heal, draw, or enhance one of your two base types. Enemies use abilities rather than cards, and much like other games in this genre they telegraph what they're about to do, allowing you to react as best you can with the cards in your hand. Generally, individual battles won't challenge you so much as the fact that HP loss is persistent; if you want to reach the end of a map you'll want to play cautiously. The H Content in this game is largely in events; the transformations are certainly revealing but sex does not occur in combat. Additionally, the images in this game are currently AI generated as of this writing, with plans to start introducing hand-drawn images soon. How much of a problem this is for you depends on how much AI artstyles bother you. My general rule is to be a bit more forgiving if the game design and story is good, and I can't say for sure that's the case here. The images are, at least, consistent, with a believable transition between TF stages. The game is openly a work in progress (like many games on this site), and to the developers credit they're not rushing ahead with new levels and features but making sure what's in the game functions for the most part. There are still bugs, but few of them are gamebreaking, so it really comes down to how good what's presented is. To be honest, I have my issues with it. Generally if you're playing this game you're here for the TF, and the TF stages being tied to losing health encourages exactly the kind of risky playstyle the game doesn't want you to have; this is probably a game that would benefit from a persistent gallery. It's also hard to strike the kind of difficulty balance I like in my games, but balancing any game, let alone a H-Game, is challenge enough. This is really a game for people who get satisfaction from gender and species TF, and not many other people. If you're coming into this game hoping to not get feminized, you're in for a bad time. For those who do like these themes, it's not the best game you could be playing for this kind of content, but it's far from the worst.
Hi there it is kind of balanced fun game The on ly draw back is the tf handling is stupid 1st: in round tf direction related to current opponent and health % 2nd: force tf after boss fight I do call this stupid. Oh well it is still a good card game.
Played 0.1.7 This is a slay the spire clone, where the cards you add to your deck influence your character's transformation into one of 3 monster girls. While a promising idea, the game falls apart because of it's poor balance and repetitive combat. The game gives out tons of busted cards that let you draw more for zero cost. Furthermore, in under 2 hours of playtime, I stopped seeing any new cards or monster mechanics. Since the bulk of the game is combat that is neither mechanically or visually interesting, I'd recommend staying away.
A fun deck building game. I like the idea of your form changing based on the composition of your deck. It still has a lot of work ahead, you end up repeating a lot of the same content in the current version of the game.
The game certainly possesses strong qualities, but the end product appears mediocre. It's not bad at all, it's just very average in its current state. Mainly: - the AI art is kind of OK, but very generic and blends together in one indistinguishable mess. - the gameplay is yet another take on Slay the Spire, but brings nothing new to it. Try Last Evil which plays on this field much better The thing is, the game is fully functional and with this solid foundation it can be expanded into something worthy. The potential is there, but for the moment I can hardly recommend this one.
One of the best card game, a very fun and challenging game . At the star, it was not really balance, and the animations need word, but the game have a lot of potencial... i will give 5 stars for what it can be!
This review is for 0.1.4 I'm usually not a fan of AI art, but it kind of works with a game of this genre, since runs are procedurally generated. I'd still prefer man-made art, or AI art that was trained by the developer's own artwork, but whatever. As for the gameplay, it is decent. Not too much content yet, but it has a good foundation as a roguelike deck builder. There's multiple types of battles, mystery encounters that can be either events or ambushes, and a resting point where you can buy cards, heal, and remove cards. There are also multiple potential bosses at the end of the floor, with relic rewards upon defeating them. A decent challenge is presented, and I'm sure it will ramp up once more levels are implemented. Unfortunately, there's only one level right now, and it just loops, with your max HP halving between each run. I can't give a more detailed review right now, but I'll probably return to the game once it has more levels, since it is fun.
I tried quite a lot of card games, very few I played to the end tbh. Not to talk about playing again. This one is exceptionally, its superb. Best card game ever. Not just the game play, which is challenging and a lot of fun. Also graphics are great, just lovely. And the game is still wip, growing… One can say it is danger of addiction! Rarely I started a game again and again after finishing it. Highly recommendable. PS: previous reviews are older (before 0.1 I guess). I agree, in the beginning the game was not really balanced. Now it is!
Good game really like the transformation deck building fusion needs perhaps more animation due to the effect of cards or statuts of both players depending on the last card used against or to defend. Thrilled to see the next content
v0.0.9 Alright AI art is being used its not great not bad. Just kind meh. Its pretty basic poses. Combat is kind of repetitive, and it can be very one-sided at times. It seemed like a great concept not so sure in the end. There seems to be zero story I can tell to it, and my char changes gender and features as I go, which is a little weird again no explanation, and played it for a bit saw no sex content, sure its there but I really don't want to slug threw it any more to find out.
