In Salvor DEEP you play as a Salvor dispatcher. With money dwindling fast you decide to spend the last of your cash on a new diving pod. Now you can only afford a first-time volunteer salvor. She has no experience with these sunken wrecks and is somehow even more broke than you. She will rely on you to guide and teach her about the art of salvaging. Under-equipped and broke, your job is to protect her (or don't) from the various pirates, hazards, and creatures that lurk in these ancient wrecks.

To access these you need to be at the grappled wreck or lower, once you are the animations should all have nude variations to match the naked echo graphs. If it doesn't show up for you then you may need to go back to the grappled wreck and perform the initial interaction by leaving the pod and starting the conversation where she has a plan that involves taking her clothes off.
2. A couple of you may have already discovered this in the translation files, but I had 4 'post-game' convos with Tish about depths under 130K. Those are now correctly activating once you return from the final level as well as the level where your salvor mentions 'sparkling mud'. They're just lore-dumps, though, so don't get too excited!

Fixes
- Gear modifiers now calculate at +2. If you have 0 equipment then the equipment modifier's bonuses will be 2. If you have 10 equipment then the equipment modifier's bonuses will be 12. This will allow players to get the full power of their equipment at 8 while being able to make room for any equipment found in the level.
- REMOVED the randomized flooding of levels, the extra loot generated will not be necessary and the mechanic itself is not intuitive. For a game like this, it is better to simplify than to need too many tutorials.
- Waterfall sounds added to Floodway.
- Static now displays under certain UI.
- Salvor no longer mentions she can retry the dives with no interactable icons.
- Salvor getting heated in clouds now recalls events.

- The gallery has been slightly organized based on H-Scene type. Certain scenes have been re-ordered, but more specifically, variations are now intended to be grouped up together.
- There have been multiple reports as to the unclear nature of the pool scene. Originally if you wanted to avoid the scene while having another salvor following you, you would need to reply with 'yes' when she says 'Psst, this guy is bothering me, should I do something?' then reply with 'no' when she says 'He's getting a little distracting again... should I continue to ignore him?'
Now, if you have the NTRish button unchecked, you only have to reply 'yes' the first time.
QOL
- Home now shows a pink dot when a date is available.
- Just an FYI: the animations in the status monitor on the right are always going to be clothed as making 2+ new sets of animations for the new variations of salvor wasn't going to work for the v1.0 time frame. The animators are great, but I wouldn't want to triple their workload.
Known Bugs: (Need repro)
- The rare occurrence of certain NPCs no longer moving.
- Rare chance of Salvor ending trigger storing in list but not activating.

Additions:

- There is an option to change your name in the 'Home' area (just in case you want to goof around with what they call you.)
- Mechanic: Other salvors! Time to work together and keep her out of any trouble! I'll be counting on you to make sure she doesn't get surrounded!
- Dating events for the salvor: When you acquire enough dating topics by doing missions and interactions you can spend 4$ to interact with her outside of missions. This will gain her food, some unique situations, and stats.
- New tip convos.
- Tutorials now have pictures.
- A new 'running shoes' equipment modifier is available in the shop.
- A 'skip text' button is now available for conversations that cannot be ignored or halt salvor movement.
- Many more small environment and ambient sounds have been added to old and new levels once you do certain things.
- Gallery mode now stores the top and bottom sizes of the salvor. A placeholder level will now be attached to all legacy images in your gallery. All new images found from now on will be given a Top level and Bottom level. (If you have legacy images then your numbers will increase over the gallery H-scene limit.)
Changes:
- Explorer gear now slows walk speed by 5% instead of 10%.
- To compete with running shoes, the backpack now has a flat speed bonus as well.
- To support larger levels, the salvor now has a 25% slower acceleration rate but a 30% faster maximum run speed.
- Reworked a few images.
QOL:
- A game exit button in the options menu
- Changed the shading on many of the non-status H-Scenes to a pattern that looks better on smaller monitors.
- There is now a toggle button in the options menu to run the game while in the background.

- The home gallery now displays a counter showing how many images you have found as well as all available images to find.
- The home area now displays whether or not there are remaining areas.
- 29 timed actions are no longer frame-rate dependant.

- (Removed) Emergency backout button has been removed. This previously caused bugs with other mechanics and will cause plenty more with some of the new ones.

Initial F95 Release
Game is about exploring structures/caves deep underwater. It's quite simple, most of the time you only click stuff other than reading dialogue. It was alright but you mostly do the same thing and it gets boring really fast. Im mostly disappointed by no danger being there, I didn't see a single thing that would ruin the exploration or anything (when I expected enemies, it ended up being fish). So with everything in mind, I probably don't recommend this and Im not gonna play this again.
Interesting premise, terrible execution. As simple as the art style is, I find it enjoyable and was invested in the dialogue, but the gameplay is extremely tedious. Quite literally, you just click around the level and read dialogue. There is no threat (or at least, played for a couple hours and had none at all), the erotic aspect is very limited and what I was waiting for the most, which was interacting with the Salvor or Tish, takes simply too long to even progress. Could've been a much better game, but it's a game far too easy to get bored of.
Made the unfortunate mistake of playing and finishing Sunken Veil before this and wow its a lot more obvious how lacking in polish and monotonous this is when you play something as cleaned up as SV. Its still a great game don't get me wrong but Sunken Veil is a much more polished experience, but play this one first so you aren't constantly making comparisons like I did that ruined most of it for me. Still Del's games are great and this easily clears most of the other AI slop that's typically uploaded to this site
Great H game from this creator. An atmospheric underwater click walking adventure game with some very casual problem solving elements, resource management, minor affection system and a secondary waifu to get scenes by. A lot of HCG, most of them progress into alts that can also go into other fetishes like tentacles, cumflation, gangbangs, etc. A unique title even by Japanese H game standards. The only rough parts about this H game is the lengthy introduction stages before you can get to the meat of the game and the downtime in-between new content from certain stages can potentially kill a boner depending on what resources you needed. If you can get by that, this is a solid title to play and fap to, hardly ever invokes a need for a fullsave or cheating.
One of the best games on the site, if only for atmosphere and imagination. A cool idea executed really well and only slightly let down by limited quality art. Also check out Sunken Veil, a remake with refreshed art and expanded scope.
Interesting game but not very porny. Story 7/10 Original, but bland in some areas. Gameplay 8/10 Simple but engaging. I enjoyed the gameplay loop and at some points played it with two hands. Art/Render 4/10 This is where the game falls flat. its not good in this aspect. the stuff is just not hot to me. Amount of Content 4/10 A lot of repetition. nothing much. This could've been a good game if it wasn't even a porn game. It didn't feel like a porn game and the lewd stuff just got in the way of gameplay as it wasn't good. As a game its a 5/5 , as a porn game its a 3/5 at best.
Fantastic atmosphere and sound design. I also think the artwork is very good, you'll like it especially if you're into the inflation/deflation of tits/ass. Unfortunately, the game itself is slow and oftentimes boring. I like the concept of the point-and-click map, the chatbox dialogue, and the Iron Lung-esque picture taking, but all three of these things are PURPOSEFULLY slow, and as a result, bore me. There are some circumstances in which you can make these things faster- but they come with caveats. If you skip the slow chat, it skips through so fast that you can't read it. If you buy upgrades to move faster on the map, you sacrifice your total vision radius and end up taking the same amount of time to find everything. No matter what, I couldn't shake the feeling of being unsatisfied no matter what I did. I also just generally feel like the maps don't have enough going on in them. The emptiness of the maps adds to the overall vibe of the game, but it ends up exacerbating the slow feeling of the game. The vibes are the one thing that I will praise the game for. Salvor Deep is a unique experience and builds a fantastic initial feeling of tension and fear through its' sound design and game mechanics. But this feeling wears off, as does my boner. I didn't finish the game, and I don't want to, because it bores me.
I thought it was actually pretty cool at first the atmosphere and sounds made me excited. As I kept playing though the sex scenes were kinda boring, and worse off they were difficult to find. Sometimes on levels stuff wouldn't happen though it seemed like it was supposed to? Like the last level nothing was there and I looked around for 30 minutes before giving up. That happened on others levels which really ruined it for me. I think the idea is super neat but wasn't done very well. I hope they do fix some of the bugs though mainly stuff not appearing and there was a lot of visual glitching.
Love the game, amazing dev with a really promising project. The game is unique in its atmosphere, sound and scenes. Feels short, which is usually how it goes with games that are good,never enough of a good thing. There is no animation, but makes sense given how the game explains how the images are acquired. NTR is mentioned lots but honestly is optional, if you dont pursue a relationship with the girl then there is not NTR, so if the tags takes you off, know is optional.
One of the projects with the most effort put on this entire website and for porn games in general, super well done and polished, unique and creative, it's very much its own thing, there's nothing else quite like it, give it a try even if the tags seem a bit vanilla.
game's good af, actually has gameplay elements instead of just porn. Slow pace so definitely not for everyone but stands out among the sea of hentai rpgs. Crispy sound design too, I'll definitely keep an eye out for their future productions

Interesting concept, very bland in execution. Dropped after an hour. Sound design is good but it's the only thing it has going for it to be honest. The writing is alright and serviceable, and the voyeuristic aspects are kind of hot yet are let down by the artist's limitations - you have the occasional hot CG, but mostly you have weird unintended proportions, weird hand or hip placements, or plainly flat drawings that feel basic and, more importantly for a ero game, are just not sexy. Gameplay boils down to clicking to go from A to B, with 0 challenge or thought. It's an excuse to have a relationship grow between the characters, it would be better served as a very stylised VN rather than a "game". Worth a download if you like the concept and ideas but be prepared to drop it after an hour or so. Definitely not worth the price on Steam, this feels more like a proof of concept rather than a full fledged product.
Kinda fun, but there's a lot of body growth/shrinking content that doesn't particularly appeal. The writing is alright. I ran into some bugs which the dev, going by the changelog, hasn't addressed, which made it very frustrating when I wasted time reloading levels trying to make scenes work and never succeeding, and the game is too long to justify going back and playing through it again to see if a fresh save would resolve the issues, so it just put a dampened on the whole experience. The gameplay is pretty neat, and I appreciated the effort the dev put into making mechanics that complemented the h-content and built atmosphere, rather than slapping something together in renpy or rpgmaker.
This is probably one of my favorite games that I've found on here. There's a lot of debate about whether the game is NTR or not, but I didn't really see that. I've really enjoyed the gameplay loop and the world building. You send the main girl out to do salvaging for you, directing where she goes by clicking on the map. Some environmental hazards will get the girl into lewd situations (Breast/ass expansion, aphrodisiac effect, tentacles). Occasionally, other people will also show up on the map, some of them are helpful but handsy with the girl, others outright rape the girl. You can choose whether or not you see the lewd situations she gets in by generating an image of what's happening to her at the current moment. Edit: OH, and the sound design is absolutely PEAK
not as deep as i'd like. this has all the hallmarks of a game i ought to love -- handcrafted art with a unique visual style, interesting writing, and most of all, a genuinely creepy, foreboding atmosphere. i've played a couple "horror" h-games before that don't get anywhere close to what Salvor DEEP made me feel in the very early stages of the game. its sound design and UI pull their weight there -- everything is muffled with radio static, and besides a few choice images here and there, you're left with a barebones tactical-map-style overview of the salvor. you only have a faint idea of exactly what she's up to -- and you feel like she's in terrible danger from minute one. that said, once you progress past the early game and realize that there is no danger or combat at all, the game starts to waver. its writing starts out neat in the beginning but doesn't capitalize on its own mystery or atmosphere. the art, while well-directed, is still very amateur. and on top of that, the core gameplay loop -- salvaging valuables to sell for food -- stops mattering at the halfway point. you've got all the upgrades and don't need to budget to feed your salvor anymore. all tension is gone; you're just hunting for scenes at that point. definitely a difficult game to recommend. i personally found it disappointing, but if you're all-in on creep factor and can deal with a mild lack of mystery, you might enjoy this.
is a unique adult game where you guide a rookie salvor through underwater wrecks. The big tits aspect, a highlight for you, shines in the transformation mechanics, salvor’s bust can grow via shrooms or events, with nude animations at deeper levels (Grappled Wreck onward). These add visual spice to the voyeuristic, point-and-click gameplay.
The background sounds and the text style is interesting. The rest of the game is awful. The main point hook, watching scenes with the main girl are almost non-existent. The one fetish is only a small about of NTR. The art is at the lower quality end, there is no music. The gameplay is basically a slightly different type of walking around. Text takes way too long to show up, you either have to constantly wait for the text, or skip through the whole thing.
The game itself is a unique experience, but an utterly mediocre one once you get over the initial premise. The gameplay isn't really anything special. You just point and click to find events. It is, in essence, a CG hunter, and the CGs are small-resolution static images. You can't lose the game. There is no way to get a "game over". There is nothing challenging or requiring reflexes or your intellect to get over, aside from perhaps figuring out what criteria need to be met to unlock certain events/CGs - criteria which the game usually holds your hand towards. In fact, you often have to "lose" (like getting caught by things that are implied you're not supposed to get caught by) to unlock certain events/CGs. What is even worse is that the "movement" on the map is sluggish, often to the point of extremes. After 10 minutes of "exciting" gameplay I just gave up and set the game to 300% speed via Cheat Engine. The audacity of the developer to call some scenes "NTR-ish" in the settings instead of just NTR and some users saying stupid denial shit like "UMMM IT'S NOT NTR BECAUSE SHE'S JUST YOUR EMPLOYEE" is once again peak cuck delusion. The entire story is interjected by sequences of you going on dates with the heroine. The writing is clearly setting up some sort of chemistry between these two protagonists from the very beginning. In the ending "You" basically end up pseudo-married to the game's heroine. If you don't "consider" this game to be an NTR game, then you are a cuck in denial, plain and simple. The game's entire premise is a quintessential cuck scenario. The main character, ostensibly referred to as "You" throughout the whole game, is a passive observer of the the game's heroine (that he basically ends up psuedo-marrying in the ending, spoilar alart) being fucked by other dudes and creatures, including gangbangs by fat bastards. The game is not on-the-nose about it; he ("You") literally admits this at the end of the game, that he was watching/listening all along and taking pics from his cuck chair like the good cuck he is. And of course he's totally okay with that. I also must make a small note commending the game on audio design.
Every day I sink DEEPER into newer depths of depravity. Amongst the countless despicable fetishes I discover, such as "handholding", today is a day I yet again stumble upon something unlike anything before. This is a game, with a 4 star average rating on this site, of which mainly plays into the fetish of solving a brachistochrone curve between POIs. I'm not joking. Other than that, there is literally no sexual content in the game, excluding a couple NSFW illustrations you may unlock. There is 0 smut, 0 buildup to any scenes, nothing. The game is a walking simulator, a time waster where the main point is to figure out how you can waste the least amount of time moving between objectives. It is very much unlike anything I've seen before. Oh, there is "lore" I guess, which may be explored via mind numbingly shallow conversations between you, the "dispatcher" and your salvor. I could not think of a more boring gameplay loop than what is present in this game. The only way I would see myself giving this a 2 star rating is if there would be actual effort put into the sound design that would create at least somewhat of an atmosphere and make the player at least a tiny bit immersed in the setting. But since even that is out of the picture, this shit is a 1 star which means: YOU SHOULD AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE.
