About Satani Kasumi can't Live Without You

Satani Kasumi can't Live Without You is an adult RPG Maker game by MishiroSabi, using 2D CG visuals. You play a male guard stationed at a remote fortress beside a wall meant to keep a mysterious disease out of the country. For two years, life is a dull loop of pre-dawn wake-ups, warning shots from a machine gun, simple food, and sleep. The routine breaks when Kasumi Satani arrives at the fortress seeking rescue, and you agree to shelter her. Although she needs protection, she wants to look after your health, adding warmth and liveliness to an isolated post. The story includes male domination and humiliation, with multiple endings.

The current build is version v1.12, released November 7, 2025. It runs on Windows and is available in English (Opus 5). The game is censored with mosaics.

Developer's description

Your days begin before dawn at a remote fortress along a separation wall built to protect the country from a mysterious disease. For two years, your routine has been little more than waking before sunrise, firing warning shots from a machine gun, eating nutritional snacks, and going back to sleep. That routine changes when Kasumi Satani, a woman in need of rescue, escapes to the fortress and is taken in under your protection. Despite being the one in need of shelter, Kasumi insists onn taking care of your health, bringing an unexpected warmth to an otherwise isolated existence, turning life at the fortress into something livelier.
