About Sex Lesson Island
Sex Lesson Island is a 2D RPG Maker game by karaikabe, using 2D CG visuals. It is set in a near-future society where a pandemic has sharply lowered the number of men, causing birth rates to fall. You play a student relocating to Kawashima, a remote island town where the government runs an academy requiring practical sex education. The gameplay mixes rural slow-life activities such as fishing, crafting, and exploring with school-based interactions, as classmates, seniors, and adults are paired for routine practice sessions intended to address depopulation. Themes include female domination, harem, and multiple endings.
The current build is version 1.04, released on December 2, 2025, and development remains ongoing. It is available for Windows and uses English, with DeepSeek 3.1 Terminus listed as the language source. The game is censored, using mosaics over explicit imagery.
Developer's description
In a near-future world where a pandemic has drastically reduced the male population, humanity faces a crisis of declining birth rates. On a remote island town called Kawashima, the government has established an advanced academy where “practical sex education” has become mandatory as part of national policy. You play as a student who moves to the island to attend this academy. What begins as a rural slow-life of fishing, crafting, and exploring soon intertwines with unique lessons: classmates, seniors, and adults are paired for daily “practice sessions” aimed at countering depopulation.
