Sexy Iron Maidens is a dieselpunk shooting game by Earl Marx, built on the Others engine. It presents animated 2D CG visuals and casts you as a protagonist leading a crew in a sci-fi world. The premise focuses on shooting many enemies while your female crew takes hits meant for you. Your crew awaits orders and is ready to catch grenades for you. The game also includes adult monster girl themes.

The current build is the v1.0 release, and development is ongoing. It launched on November 8, 2024 for Windows in English and is uncensored. The October 2024 demo also added a girls' journal with character details, backstories, and kinks, adjusted combat balance, fixed bugs, and included bonus desktop wallpapers.
