Shinjuku Hearts

Short and sweet game. It focuses more on the visuals rather than the story. The art is beautifully. The story could use some work since its incredibly linear. There are no animations though which is a bummer. And the game can be completed within 30 minutes to an hour, if you do all of the routes. I'd give it a 7/10.

A good little game. Pros: + I found it amusing that the story takes place in Shinjuku and that two of the female characters are porn actresses. + The 2D graphics are good. The backgrounds are also nice. + There is music (but no voices). + The scenes are not censored, which is always a plus ! + I didn't notice any bugs. Cons: - The different paths could have been a bit longer with more scenes. - The scenes are not animated. - Only 3 female characters. - There's no replay gallery. I had a good time though. I'd recommend it.

The artstyle is great, the game looks really well. The writing is also very good, nice and light-hearted with some good humour thrown in. It could use a gallery and maybe a bit more content but overall it is definitely worth a few playthroughs for the endings.

The art is great, I wanna make that very clear. I also really appreciate that it's mercifully short. I think it took me less than an hour to see the end. More of this please! What kills replayability however is that the skip read text doesn't work for a lot of the text that you've already read, so it feels like it's mostly wasting my time. Shame, because I was looking forward to going through and seeing multiple endings. Meh... Still going through this the first time was really really good!

Below average Simple art as seen, not awful but nothing special especially over the passed few years. WAY too short +oddly the threesome seems too be longest route and -/+ oddest too get where you just simply avoid the gals.. Choices are just choose gal (or again not and get threesome) there even that "traditional"/old choosing 1x but then protagonists does the whole O no why is that a choice no not that back to reality, which leads too next point dated basic humor galore, though suppose that should be obvious with the talk of the west in comments, art, and most so that your name is Guy. really nothing here if you always wanted too have sex with a minor porn star and join pornos its ok for that I suppose... (there also best friend clitche get drunk admit love have sex but it soo clitche and basic that even I who love best friend bits was just ya... the car bits of her punching you kind of cute but that it and it is the shortest of the routes with a end that just like we just had sex and then a tiny 1 sentence bit for "happy?" ending ).

The game is kind of meh. The main reason it gets even 3 stars is because, for me, the art style is better than the typical Japanese VN art style, where every character design is a copy paste that came straight off of the factory line with no originality. Everything other than the art style is pretty painstakingly average, or even just bad, in my opinion; the game is overall very short and has about 5 endings that I found; it's possible there are more, but I don't think there are unless you can only get them by making really specific and unrelated choices. In this game, you play as a guy named Guy (sorry, I had to do it). There are three "main girls". Mako, a black-haired girl who is a friend of the MC that he has known for a while; Rio, a girl with auburn hair that he meets after accidentally crashing into her, also happens to be a popular AV actress/pornstar; And Alice, a blonde-haired girl who is also an AV actress that's friends and rivals with Rio. I managed to find and complete five endings; obviously, spoilers ahead. Spoiler: Ending Spoilers First Ending : For this ending, you have to kind of avoid every girl by not chasing after Rio or Mako and choosing to stay with your friends during the birthday celebration instead of chasing after Rio. On this route, Guy ends up alone but happy with his friends, with whom he opens up a skate shop. Second Ending : For this one, you have to fully chase after Rio, but at the final choice, you choose to leave her and not become an AV actor. On this route, Guy ends up alone but stays in contact with Rio and they remain friends. The final shot is of Guy heading off towards a job interview. Third Ending : For this one, either avoid Rio completely and just head straight towards your meetup with Mako in the beginning, or don't go to the meetup with Mako and stay with Rio, but choose the "Cheap option" on the date with Rio so you have money to spare for Mako later, and then choose to stay with Mako during the birthday celebration instead of chasing after Rio. On this route, it ends up giving you a solo Mako ending where Guy ends up with her. Fourth Ending : For this one, choose every possible option for Rio, and then at the end, chase after Rio and choose to become an AV actor to stay with her. This route ends with a time skip, where it turns out Guy and Rio break up because they can't handle the strain their jobs place on their relationship. At the end, Guy ends up with Alice (who, in this route, you only even meet in the last couple of sentences with no further explanation, and they seem to be dating?). Ironically, just like Rio, Alice is also an AV actress, so I guess that means the problem in the last relationship was Rio. Fifth Ending : The fifth ending I found is obtained by choosing not to stay around and avoid helping Rio after running into her, but Instead of going to the meet-up with Mako, just head straight home afterwards. This route ends up having Guy run into both Alice and Rio while they're hanging out together, where he ends up fucking both of them, after which they get jealous of each other, and then after a time skip, they end up deciding to share Guy. Overall, I felt the endings were kind of all over the place and felt rushed, probably due to the very short length of the game. It is what it is. It was also kind of weird to have something that was obviously a "Rio Route" just to, at the end, have a time skip fake out where it turns out the relationship went south and Guy is now dating some random you've never heard of, unless you've already played the other ending. Maybe there are more endings, but to be honest, even if there are, I doubt they're worth spending the time to find. Pornwise, it's not the worst (Again, mostly just because I like the art style), but I also wouldn't call it amazing. Story-wise, avoid this if that's what you're looking for.

I absolutely love this game, the art is amazing, and everything I want in a porn game. The best part is that nothing is sensored so no mosiac bullshjt. Good work, i will keep playing this for a while.
