Sky Division

This game's story exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the slow-burn, wholesome relationship development . As you play, the lore (or story, I don't know the difference) of the world and the protagonist's past are gradually revealed, making it a truly captivating experience. I highly recommend it as a great way to pass the time!

Review: Without any specific spoilers, this one has great writing, a main character (MC) and his rival-turned-romantic interest, and an incredibly well-written, fleshed-out world. The game does an excellent job of building a universe with enough backstory and detail that you can actually get invested in the multiple sci-fi races and cultures within the story. The level of depth in the world-building honestly surprised me, especially considering it’s an adult visual novel. I never expected to feel such a genuine connection to the setting and characters in a genre that’s often more about fanservice than storytelling. But here, everything feels intentional and thought-out. It's rare to find a VN that balances mature themes with strong world-building, and this game really does it well. Now for my personal criticisms, while no direct spoilers are included, don't continue until you've played the game in it's current state (0.15) Spoiler: Concerns (imo) Edit: For some reason I was under the impression that the game had fully released at version 1.0..... it's actually Version 0.15. Originally I wrote the following under that assumption, so take my original post below with a grain of salt. I still want to include the post as is, since it kind of highlights just how much the game (VN) has going for it already without even being a full release yet. While I can understand how the game/story "Post island" would easily be plot heavy... For me, it was too plot heavy. The pacing went from 0-500mph in the span of a few minutes. There was so much content and time spent on previous character development between the main characters which led to me expecting the rest of the game to follow a somewhat similar pacing that... or (tbh) I thought the game was going to end with a Somewhat sweet but abrupt ending to the affect of "they lived happily ever after". I feel like the story post island could have been it's own game all together. This is in no way meant to belittle the content post island, and I'll be the first to admit that even thought English is my primary language, I don't dare claim to be good at writing plot / story flow. I can't exactly put my finger on it, but part of me wants to say I expected one thing (mainly because of the mass influx of *poorly written* vn's) that even though the island laid the basis for everything that happened storywise post island, the amount of unfinished/abandoned adult VN's that exist laid the expectation of nothing post Island, so it was even that more of a abrupt shocker. As to the nekkid love interest sexy fun times: most of the erotic content happens in the first half? of the game, with the second being mostly plot line (as of 0.15), going into the game with that mindset I feel would be helpful. The story was great, the characters had depth to them, plenty of dialogue. Regardless of my personal thoughts on the story post island, I still give the game 4.5/5 Stars. 5/5 Stars for being as good as it is for being a pre-release version. That said, even if it was a full release, I'd still easily give it a 4.5/5.

Never thought I’d fap to a furry-gay-porn parody of my childhood film (Enemy Mine). 1st half of the game: 4/5 Not bad story and characters. Decent English translation; there are mistakes, but overall it’s understandable. Nice but simple AI art — no six-fingered hands or extra limbs. Good initial build-up, though the sex escalates too quickly. Solid H-scenes with dirty talk, narration, and sounds. 2nd half of the game (after leaving the island ): 1/5 I don’t understand why the game took a 180-turn (maybe the romance was too rushed, and the author didn’t know what to do with it?). It was a small-scale story; now it’s yet another ‘The Chosen One’ nonsense with non-stop info-dumping. There were two relatively deep characters; now it’s 10+ shallow ones. There was a coherent chain of events; now it’s just random stuff happening. There was a good balance between sex and story; now there are zero H-scenes. WTF with the skipped Angel H-scene? Add a button to skip it for people who can’t stand pussys, but ffs, give some breathing room in that boring, endless flashback. TL;DR: v0.15: Good game, but don’t bother playing after the ‘setting’ change.

I had fun with this game for a while but then it just dragged on and on and on, especially after they leave the island, and I found myself furiously hitting the space bar to zoom through the text. I kind of felt like the whole post island storyline should have maybe been Sky Division 2: The Aftermath.

Ok i came into this thinking it was gonna be garbage dumb ai art trash. Some hrs later i actually like the character development and interactions between the two. They feel like a very wholesome couple with difficult situations being forced on them as they try and adapt to each other and the environment. Sidenote: i came in during the AI art being used and did not see his original art. i actually feel the ai art is used well given the situation.

This story is amazing. It has depth that literally kept me going for so many hours focused on it. The new design in Dax is what brought me back. The initial design made me just skip over it. I'm glad the updated thumbnails had his new look. It is absolutely incredible. I have high hopes for the rest of the story and can not wait for more. Please keep doing amazing work!

An incredible character, the plot of the game is also very good. Only recommendation, more furro characters or maybe even human characters? (Maybe harem?). The setting is also wonderful, the drawing of the characters is very good in my opinion.

The story of this game is very wholesome, there a few instances where translations are not worded correctly but it does not take a lot of effort to deduct what the untranslated word is. the pacing of the story is great, i learned a lot about the characters and truly started to care about Dax and the lore between the two major factions of the war. the survival part was amazing and the ship part was also great to see! The Art feels a bit wonky but the style and detail is still pleasing to look at! my biggest gripe and its just me personally is the wish to make choices in the game that matter OR have consequences to the story and not just a "game over" this game has gone thru a MAJOR upgrade and if you like a good story to read for both the lore and romance with a very cute romance partner to boot i highly suggest this game!

I played it completely with the AI design and I must say I liked it. Although I think the femboy should be more feminine.In addition to having more scenes between the 2. And that Dax feels jealous and feels like he's going to lose CM to Sam or something like that that he doesn't like is something I love. I hope that the author of this one now that he uses his upload more regularly has a good story, that he adds more sex scenes and that he also adds content that makes Dax go crazy because of the smell of his mc. Of course what I'm saying is part of my tastes and they are not far from what we have seen. I like that it now has options in other languages, it's excellent. Another thing I would like to see added as a personal taste is to see Dax want to lick and smell his MC and have a love triangle where Dax feels threatened and doesn't like that new guy That Dax feels like he has to kill him and that the MC always stops him. Well, it's an idea beyond all that. I hope the author finds this and knows that he's doing an excellent job. It turned out very well and that he continues like this. Finish the job, finish the game and don't be like the 90% who don't finish visual novel games, that will give you more credibility and the bosses will come for that. Don't start new games without finishing the previous one, even though I know that's not your case, keep this in mind. The greats go far leaving good foundations. The lore is pretty simple and great. It's been described amazingly to show a clear description of a horrible future without basically seeing it. Mc is very kind which is always good and dax is one of my most favorited characters in fiction now. I usually am not a fan with ai cg but you can tell the author puts good work into consistency and no flaws. Hopping for maybe more fluent sprites so it gives an animated look someday! Good job at making dax look awesome creator! I wish you luck in developing and just pledged to the patreon.

I love the direction of this game, can't wait to see how the next updates will go, and how this game will improve. I think that the AI generated images are fucking hilarious, I can't unsee it plus (this might get fixed later) the white border around dax's green helmet. love this VN

This game might not be one of the most impressive VNs you will see, it clearly has it's problems, bugs and mistranslations are really common here. But, this is the most charming game I've ever played, despite the problems, this game has intoxicating charm. You can feel the passion and thought of the dev while playing it. It's something really rare to see recently. I've played this game before, when it used hand-drawn art for the characters, and now, the game uses AI-art for everything, but even with the change, the game doesn't feel soulless at all, all of that because of the simple, but somewhat perfectly executed storytelling, the pacing, the scenario, everything comes together nicely.

Great story. Actual great path of being an Alpha but still caring. (Yes there are caring Alphas out there where you are rewarded nicely for your total submission and being a true harem gurl) Hoping there will be a final step of owning Dax as a pet

Very solid. The art is mildly amateurish, but that's what you are to expect when consuming amateur works. It is good regardless. The storytelling is very decent. The characterization is solid. It gets you to care, and paints a very bleak world to provide contrast and tension against. It also doesn't rush too hard, it is patient. But, it also doesn't withold the lewd content, if that's what you're mostly after. All in all, one of the better works I've consumed.

Well written story. Reminded me of the movie "Enemy mine" with Dennis Quaid. Except the sex part then of course. Femboy stories are also somewhat rare on this site so that's a plus. Great job to the creator!

Pretty amazing story to be honest, some new drawings of the characters and scenes could improve the experience a lot. That's all I can say about the bad things because everything else is good, this project has so much potential to be honest

Do not be discouraged by the simple graphic of this VN. The story of survivorship is engaging and exciting! A journey of castaway Romeo and Juliet with the theme of sci-fi and bloody war, an action romance story.

Very good game, have been following its development since around 0.5 and the game has only gotten more and more compelling with each and every update. Good work man I hope to see this game get the reignition it deservers.
