Society Destroyed

Society Destroyed V1.1. is primarily a romance visual novel, with some elements of the porn game. The translation is fine, although the story is a bit not my cup of tea. Nevertheless, I like the slow pace of the relation development in this VN. However, to be completely honest, the story reads like the AI generated content -- at least some parts of the text. Still, the amount of (text) content is quite large and may even keep you engaged if you into the VNs (and into AI generated manner of speech). So, the game is fine if you aren't bothered with the abovesaid. Personally, I'm giving 5 stars mainly for the efforts put into Society Destroyed.

Version - 0.7 (2025/05/03) Graphics : AI mixed with HS2 - the AI graphics are both badly done and also inconsistent (both in terms of narrative and quality). The HS2 images are not what I would call 'great'. Animations : None that I could see. I wasn't all that invested in the story and got bored some way in though so I could have missed some later. All the sex I saw was static images in a slideshow. Audio : Mediocre. It has music, it wasn't particularly amazing. No sound effects that I noticed. Translation : Author is natively Spanish I think? The translation is mostly fine but has certainly some issues with either certain things not being translated or minor typos in places (denny instead of deny etc). I didn't read enough of the dialogue to check everything as again, I got bored reading through endless amounts of text to see if there was any actual 'content' Gameplay : It was dull. My main issue is that there are literally what seems like pages and pages of text with very little content in between. I found little content on either the 'green' or 'red' path (I'm assuming they're supposed to be cuck / love) and there was forced NTR in both from what I saw (I know some people won't like that). The text that I did read was not fantasticly written and I didn't find it compelling enough to read all of it, that's for sure. Miscellaneous : There's options to customize the relationships with the two main women in the game but no hints as to what ages they are etc that I saw which would help when customizing but it's a minor quibble. There's even an option to customize the relationship one of the female characters has with her first lover (not the player) which I thought was genuinely an interesting idea since I don't think I've ever seen that before. Overall I would give it a higher score but the game has been in development for some time and does not seem to be worth waiting to see if it will improve.

Revision of version 0.2. This is one of the worst games I have ever played on this forum. If you don't want to keep reading and want to spend the next few minutes of your life doing something useful, I recommend that, if you are at least interested in playing this game, stop reading. The second sentence of this review is all you need to know to know if this game is really interesting. Graphics 0/5 First some AI-generated images appear. Good in general, although some of them are very weird. The rest, that is, almost all of them, have been generated using HS2. The developer doesn't know how to use that program, and it shows a lot. The graphic quality is very bad. There is no post-processing and the light/lighting of the images is bad. In addition, the images are of poor quality, as if they had been taken with a screen capturer. Animations 0/5 None. Music and sound 0/5 None. Gameplay 0/5 The UI has a weird and poor quality design. Nevertheless, even though it's bad, it's one of the game's best. A mixture of Engrish and Spanish, sometimes also English, in a weird mix full of spelling errors that indicates the large number of bugs the game has. The statistics are also... curious to say the least. Love, Unlove, Maternal, Cuck, Lover, Rude and Sister. Although there are more that do not appear, such as Harem and Val1. Hidden statistics or simply bad design and programming of the author. By the way, if I know they exist is because I have used Universal Ren'Py Mod. The author sometimes uses the tags "Author" and "Narrator" to narrate the scenes, when he could simply delete the first one and the author could use the figure of the narrator, to... who would say it... narrate. In short, bad gameplay in general. Plot/Story 1/5 If I give it a zero, nothing happens. Typical NTR "son comes home" story. In this occasion the son is a soldier who has had a bad time, as it should be, in a war. If you have played this kind of games you will know that the characters and scenes change. But you already know the plot in broad strokes. Characters 1/5 Nothing really remarkable. Typical NTR story characters. The graphic quality of the characters is at the same level of the game: bad. In the first porn scene of the game the male has two different dicks (?). To sum up. Playing this game is a waste of time. At least, dear reader, if you've come this far in your reading, better to waste a few minutes of your life after reading this review than several hours playing this game.

I tried it in Spanish, I really don't know how good English is, but this game has a special potential, pretty girls, well marked relationships. And a beginning of story that I came to love. I'm curious to see how the story continues and how the characters intertwine, they can improve some things like the start menu, but for a first version it's ok. The character models are good, not my favorite out there but still of a good standard. Not being a fan of VN game without real gameplay, but I can say that I liked this game and for this reason I recommend it.

I launched the game, and right after it asks if I want to set the relations, it became painful. The first 2 questions are easy to understand but then I had to reread the same question multiple times and rollback to understand what I was supposed to type. And if even the first 5 messages (warning and relations) aren't proofread at all and far from correct english, that's really making it hard to enjoy. In short: Bad english, ultra compressed / 720p renders, remove the AI images. As potential pros: Cute girls and potentially interesting plot. I'll follow the game and update if it improves.
