Twisted World is an adult Ren'Py adventure and dating sim by SnatsGames. You play a man thrown into a parallel dimension where gender roles are reversed: women carry dominant behavior and high desire, while men are shy and restricted. After a long pandemic reduced the male population, society protects the remaining men, but frustration and unrest grow. The player can use his unchanged drive to shape events in a world ruled by women. The game uses rendered 3D visuals.
Development continues in v0.1.5 Patch 4, released on August 5, 2025. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, with English and Spanish language support, and is uncensored. The latest patch adds more than 15,900 renders, 1,900 animations, and 106 sex events, plus an Android build. It also introduces new characters, a refreshed main menu, load and save screens, gallery, interface, dynamic menu backgrounds, revised story and sex events, new story content, and fixes reported bugs.
Developer's description
What if you suddenly woke up in a parallel dimension? A dimension where women rule the world and all the gender roles now are reversed, including the way people act or think. In this Twisted World, women have the libido of a man, and man has the libido of a woman. Plus the shyness, habits, and way of thinking.
Spoiler
Since the pandemic that hit humanity a long time ago, the number of men massively decreased, and for that reason, this world is in a great crisis, so women to protect the existence of the human race, implemented rules to protect every single man, BUT the absence and restriction of not being able to have sexual interaction with a man is leading all women sexually frustrated and beginning to revolt against the government causing crimes and rapes every day. Only one guy, with a big weapon, and an absurd sex drive can change this world and that's you, the one that's still preserving his real manly libido. So is up to you the protagonist if you want to take advantage of this newfound situation. Now tell me, what will you do?.

You know, when they introduce an entire fucking tutorial about point and click adventure mechanics, I was expecting to be able to actually do something. Turns out that was a fucking lie, because if you take your time and read…

This was my first experience with this dickgirl game, and I loved it. I liked it so much that I went on to find and play a bunch of other dickgirl games (futa, trap, etc.) ; they're definitely enjoyable, and…
