SpaceAds Digital Detox is a Ren'Py visual novel by station_noise, rendered with 3D CG and animated scenes. It is set in 2123, when online life is constant and hard to leave. You play the male protagonist, who, with Margo, wins a six-month place in the SpaceAds Digital Detox Center. They leave devices behind and enter an isolated facility focused on face-to-face interaction rather than feeds. The story blends romance, cheating, and sci-fi themes while exploring how people slow down and rediscover everyday life.
The current build is v0.39 Ext, released September 25, 2026 for Windows, Linux, and Mac. It is in English and uncensored. The build is not marked final, so development appears ongoing. The latest update adds 1.8k renders, roughly 63k words, 224 AI animations, 65 tracks, 58 sound effects, and 23 AI voices. It also notes Demo v0.21 as the initial release, with 650 renders, about 20k words, 95 animations, 38 tracks, 6 sound effects, and 20 voices.
Developer's description
The year is 2123. The world has spent years adjusting to a radically changed digital landscape. Constant online activity has become an ordinary part of life, and an increasingly difficult habit to escape. Margo and the protagonist are no exception. After winning a six-month stay at SpaceAds' Digital Detox Center, they leave their devices behind and move into an isolated facility where daily life is all about direct human interaction, away from perpetual feeds. For six months, they have the chance to slow down and re-experience a world they had almost forgotten how to live in.
