Spermatosis is an adult visual novel with a heavy focus on smut, humor, and character interactions. Liza (or Kevin, if you sway that way ) discovers that she has a rather unusual condition. The treatment is simple: she needs to swallow sperm to get better. Unfortunately, there's one minor, completely insignificant detail... She's a lesbian. Kevin isn't exactly in a better position either — he's straight. So yeah. That's the premise. I know, right!? Spoiler The game has a heavy focus on scent kink and gokkun (swallowing the white stuff), with very detailed, dirty, and lewd af descriptions, but also plenty of warm character moments and an actually pretty sweet story (unlike the loads, those are very bitter.) Is it a bit much? Maybe... but give it a try and you might discover something you never knew you'd enjoy. No AI was used in the creation of the game. Just questionable decisions made by an actual degenerate (oops, I mean, human.) For now, there aren't many choices besides your protagonist, but I plan to expand on that.
