Story of Ivy is a 2D RPG Maker game created by AdultNest, built around a female protagonist named Ivy. She is an introverted eighteen-year-old who has just finished high school and must cope with everyday pressures, a goofy cousin, and supernatural events. The game uses rendered 3DCG visuals and presents a sandbox-style structure, letting the player explore situations drawn from the author’s imagination.
The current release is version 0.4.0, dated August 19, 2024, and is an alpha, so development remains ongoing. It runs on Windows, is written in English, and is uncensored. The update fixed beach text display and restricted leaving the beach in a bikini or the changeroom naked. It also redesigned part of the Magicworld Forest near a cave, reworked the normal-world clothing store, adjusted scenes, introduced individual equipment changes with checks, and added a Townhall job with chance-based encounters. Computer repair was added, Jeff received a unique sprite, a computer store appeared in Uptown Backalley, buying options were added to the sex store, and further scene content was introduced.
