About Strip Crazy Eights

Strip Crazy Eights is a short card game by ArianeB, built in Ren'Py with 3D CG visuals. It was extracted from the forthcoming Hopepunk City and plays as a fast, repeatable round that usually lasts two to five minutes. You can choose a male or female player and face three female opponents: Ariane, Rachel, and Maya. The game is a stripping and teasing variation of Crazy Eights, with light strategy. Each player starts with five cards, and one face-up card is dealt. On your turn, match its value or suit, or draw if you cannot. Holding too many cards or drawing too often makes you lose clothing. If someone empties their hand, every player except that winner loses clothing, and the match ends when someone is naked.

Development is finished. The completed version came out on September 1, 2023 for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android. It is available in English and is uncensored. Because rounds are short and multiple players can lose, the game encourages repeated play.

Strip Crazy Eights is a game within a game extracted from the forthcoming Hopepunk City . It is an addictive, fast paced short card game (typically two to five minutes) involving trying to get your opponents naked. Player character can be male of female. You play against three female opponents: Ariane (the “cheeky” one), Rachel (the “smart” one), and Maya (the “quiet” one). The card game is a variation of Crazy Eights where each starts with 5 cards and a face up card is dealt. Similar to Uno™ where on your turn you must match the face up card’s value or suit, or if you can’t do it, you have to draw a card. Having too many cards, or drawing too often will lose a player clothes. If someone plays all their cards, everyone but the winner loses clothes Game ends when someone is naked. There are often multiple losers. Since games are short, you’ll want to play over and over.
