About The Witch
The Witch is an adult adventure game by allion_Ell, built in Ren'Py with 3D rendered visuals, and its story follows fate and the wish to change it. You begin as an 18-year-old man fleeing the Nexus Corporation and its hidden masters, who want to use him as a pawn. He seeks refuge in Nevermist, a large city where women, wealthy figures, and handsome men may help him explore his sexuality and build a new life. As dangers from the streets and Misty Forest close in, a magical gift awakens, gradually changing him into a woman; her dreams guide her toward her true self, a broken family, and a threat beyond the stars.
The current build is the v0.2 public demo, released on October 21, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and Linux in English, with no censorship. This update adds over 3,000 new renders, new animations, and continues the detective storyline. It also presents new adventures for the protagonist’s mother, along with the intrigues of the gods and the schemes of witches.

Find the women who will not only hide him from his pursuers but also help him build a new life in the vast city of Nevermist—a city full of new opportunities, vibrant and beautiful girls, wealthy and powerful women, and handsome men, all waiting to help you explore your sexuality and experience a world of sensual pleasures. But be careful, for on the streets of this city and beneath the canopy of the Misty Forest, new dangers and enemies lie in wait, biding their time to claim the protagonist’s increasingly feminine body for their perverse purposes. Spoiler In your fight against them, you’ll be aided by the many allies you’ll gradually acquire during your adventures, as well as a powerful magical gift that will slowly begin to awaken within the protagonist. This gift grants him new abilities and powers, but at the same time transforms the once slightly feminine guy into a gorgeous, elegant, and sexily attractive girl whom no one will be able to take their eyes off of. But it will bring along some unusual, vivid dreams of strange places and people—dreams that will serve as a guiding thread, leading the heroine to discover her true self, reunite her broken family, and save this world from an ancient danger lurking among the distant stars.
