Sunshine Countryside is a free NSFW dating sim made with Unreal Engine by Sunshine Countryside. You play a male protagonist on a rural holiday, collecting insects, fishing, and sharing intimate moments with a close friend. The visuals are cel-shaded, and the play style is a cozy sandbox simulator.
The current build is v0.2.5, released August 3, 2025, with development ongoing. The game is still in active development. It runs on Windows in English, is uncensored, and is free to play. The latest update adds a pettable cat that walks around, a dyslexia option that changes beetle battle WASD controls to arrow keys for better visibility, plus minor optimizations, quality-of-life fixes, a Subscribestar button, updated supporter names in the main menu marquee, and a corrected menu version number.

- Fixed the front doors of the house being unlocked during the intro part of the game.
- Fixed some continuity errors that occurred when you quit the game and then re-entered.
