Sweet Deviance is an adult visual novel made with Ren'Py by Pastel Venom, using 3D CG visuals and clickable choices. You play Alex, a normal, insecure guy whose casual online flirtation with Noah, a femboy, unsettles his assumptions about himself. The story follows their first date and early relationship, then expands toward a sex-positive world where Alex meets open-minded people and explores desire without labels. The current build is version 0.6, released September 11, 2026, and development continues. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, in English and Spanish, with no censorship. The v0.6 notes say this is the game's largest update yet. It carries Alex and Noah's story into added days and moves their connection into new territory.

Sweet Deviance is an adult VN about Alex — a very normal guy: horny, insecure, awkward… and completely unprepared for what happens when a femboy replies to his messages and actually flirts back.
This 0.1 build is just the beginning: the first date, the first spark, and the moment Alex realizes he might not be as straight as he keeps telling himself. Noah is the door, not the destination.
The idea behind the full game is that Alex slowly steps into a much more open world: sex-positive people, femboys, girls, new friends, and folks who live desire without shame or labels — the exact opposite of how Alex handles anything sexual.
It's a short, intimate and explicit VN with humor, tension, confusion, and a protagonist who's trying to figure out who the hell he is while a beautiful femboy effortlessly gets under his skin.
