Sweet Femboy Cafe is a Ren'Py visual novel made by Succubus Lair, presented with 2D AI CG art. You play the male owner of a small cafe whose quiet days change when two monster pets enter your life. The story centers on gay romance and caretaking, as you feed, bathe, comfort, and build trust with two shy, devoted companions. Gameplay follows story progression in a cozy domestic setting.
The current build is v0.2, released May 9, 2026, and development is ongoing rather than finished. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android, with English, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, and Chinese language support. The game is uncensored. This update adds new story content, improves the interface and room navigation, introduces a gift system that unlocks intimate scenes, adds mini-games, includes a hide UI option, and provides font size adjustment in settings.
