Taboo Island is a mature RPG adventure made by Fengzi using RPG Maker. It presents 3D CG animated visuals and blends fantasy with science-fiction elements. You play a male protagonist stranded on a deserted island, meeting various heroines while exploring, collecting, fighting, and building relationships. As the story advances, the mystery behind the island becomes clearer.
The current build is version 4.3, dated March 25, 2023. It is not marked as final, and the changelog indicates ongoing development. The game runs on Windows and Android, offers English and Simplified Chinese, and is uncensored. The v4.3 notes add freedom-mode content for Kaori and Ayane, along with ten updated animations. Earlier updates mention weather, a new map, sound effects, restrooms, and story material, but the latest version focuses on those two characters and animation work.
