I really like this game but one major flaw I think it has is that doesn't have a good focus on the male characters there are only a handful of male characters that get actual faces and that strangely doesn't include the MC I understand that it's part of his character but he doesn't really have a character arc and more so represents your average guy but as the story goes on he gains more and more importance in the world so I would like to think he's going to get fleshed out but this just aint it rn. Other than that I think has an interesting concept and good execution with it's female characters.

You will see a lot mediocre games getting called "underrated" or "slept on", but this one is genuinely one of them! It has a nice premise that it expands upon and makes the main story interesting to follow. Even though it is a sandbox, it's not really grindy and lastly, it features a sizable cast of female characters with good variety and all of them actually have "content". Easy 5/5 can't wait for more!

If you like the sandbox and trainer genres, trust me and give it a chance. I’ve been seeing the game in my feeds for years thinking, “Nah, the art isn’t good, it’s probably boring,” and I never gave it a try. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The prologue is a bit slow, but it gets much better. If you like isekai, trainer, and sandbox games, you will like this game. The slave path is awesome. I recommend it.

I have never been more confused by a games rating. just... anyone please play through the prologue. it takes them 300 lines to make a full thought. this reminds me of going through college and trying to hit the word requirement. it's actually painful and just sapped any interest I had. it does have a skip prologue so I went back to try that and it's just 30 pages of the dev insulting you for not reading their "amazing edgy story you're too stupid to appreciate" so I just gave up. if this is trying to show my what to expect just give an gallery unlock or delete 4/5 of the lines. you won't miss any of the "great story" trimming it down since it's all redundant.

Holy shit, this is legitimately a hidden gem. You don't expect it because the game's presentation, art style and promotional material all look like pretty generic slop, but this thing has genuine pathos and really cool, tense moments behind it in a way that few other porn games have, while still remaining consistently erotic and even light-hearted. I suppose there's no way to sum it up other than that you can think of this as an Erotic Horror-Comedy that knows its ridiculous and lame and plays into that fact perfectly. Definitely give it a twirl.

Written for v0.12 . Gonna structure this review in bullet points: - HUGE, HUGE emphasis on male domination, corruption, master/slave relationships, building your loyal harem. And it's really well done, like it touches all the right buttons for me. If any of this is your fetish - play Terrene without a doubt, you won't regret it. - It's around half of the story, but there is already A LOT of content, surprisingly a lot. - A lot of creative and hot sexual scenarios. The scenes are also pretty well animated. - Unique and pleasant anime-ish style (Made in America™). It's really good to see all this work in the age of AI. - It's one of those “almost visual novels”. There are game mechanics, some minigames, sandbox elements, they work and are not super annoying or grindy, but that is the best thing I could say about them, and the whole thing would be like 30% faster without them, so yeah. - All the non-sexual writing is terrible, terrible, just no. All the characters are kinda dumb, but what's worse is the whole game has this post-meta irony poisoned, fourth wall breaking, deus ex machina, "Class of '09" tone. It kills any immersion into the setting, brutally and cynically. I know it's intentional creative chose, I fucking hate it nonetheless. The only thing that kept me from dropping the game in the beginning was the fact that I saw some late game screenshots on itch. One positive thing I can say is that writing gets better in the second half of the game, where focus moves on developing individual relationships with each character.

this game really surprised me. I thought the days of PinkTea/Akabur style drawn adventure/trainer games was over, and then this comes by and blows my expectations out of the water! could the art be better? maybe, but it is good enough and many projects with better art lose steam because of the added time/ expense that quality demands. Plus the art still feels miles better than the AI slop or HS2 models that a dozen other games on this site use. But what really shocked me most of all is the fact that the scope of the game feels so big, (it's taken me about a dozen or so hours to get to the end of all the content) but simultaneously there is so much evidence that Cri-Ten isn't going to drag this out. Every love interest has been displayed on the cover since the start, the game is going for a 3 act structure and we know what is going to be covered in each act, even at act one a lot of elements of act 2 were foreshadowed (Cri-Ten clearly had the majority of the story set out from the beginning), and a lot of the stories weave into each other in a way that prevents side character bloat. What I am trying to get across is that this is clearly a well planned project that I see basically no chance of being abandoned out of nowhere, and the writing so far has made me confident that the ending will be a good one.

Terrene is quite honestly a insanely ambiguous game and also somewhat a parody and deconstruction of your typical harem game. You're reincarnated by an evil goddess and you want revenge and while doing so, you form a harem of what I feel are some of the better characters you see in these type of games. If I would describe the game in one word, it probably is "unique". Instead of just moving from one sex scene to the other your mission is to dominate your love interests. In short terms, this game is about domination. Its still very early in development, but the premise is, without spoilering, that you form your harem from a diverse cast of characters by dominating them through forcing them into sexual acts. While doing so, you teach the girls the value of being in your harem and what it mean for you to dominate and for them to be dominated. The cheapness of the art kinda adds to the character and the backgrounds blend in nicely, which is suprising. Its one of those cases there the character of the art itself and the way its draw totally represent the nature world and the characters themselves. It all just fit like a perfect glove. Sex scenes themselves are your usual vanilla kind. You have some diverse positions but its mostly things you've already see thousands of times in other games. The art ranges from decent to horrendous, but its mostly alright to fap to. The characters themselves are the highlight of this game and they all are written in such a way that, so they all have specific reasons for the things they do. They all have their own backstory, motives, desires and are really relateably written in a way that they fit the story and the world that you live in and for that reason its probably one of the most immersive porngames out there. Besides that, theres some lack of sound/music but also the problem that the main characters dick changes his dicksize a bit too often. Sometimes its gigantic, sometimes its above average. Not only that, but the head of the main characters did has the same color as the rest of it, it looks like a plastic dildo. 90% of sex scenes are non repeatable too. Easy 2 or 3 star material in terms of its qualities, but the chracters are so good that I can't justify doing anything less than 5 here. The best thing about the game is that the character feel somewhat real. Sure, some character behave more like a set of tropes or exist just to reference thing but even the worst written characters are quite funny and have a lot of soul and care in their writing. But again, every character has really specific reasons and the writing conveys these things really well. The game overall deserves 5 stars. It has some fairly unique ideas and some of the sexiest written scenes I know. There are some parts of the game with some minor gore in it which I don't like but the good parts of the game just make it so fapable and well written. I suggest to wait at least until 0.14+, since the game itself is still figuring out some of the specifics and basics of the plot. But if this review excites you, I suggest just playing it.

It's a nice wholesome romance game with some good twists here and there. Girls are pretty likeable and the MC is very competent. The art isn't top tier but it's pretty decent, writing is adequate and has good many hours of playthrough. I'd say it's a must play if you enjoy harem games.

I just finished the current content and I love it! The girls are cute. Lily is just an absolute cinnamon role of a character. the sex scenes are spicy with good art and decent animation it’s always nice to see 2D games. The story has potential I like the set up so far with revenge plots and characters with unknown motivations. A terrifying red head girl who is apparently MC’s soulmate all good stuff I’m looking forward to more. Only downside is the grind that should be reduced by like 50% then this would be a 5/5. I also wish that if we chose the romance route for lily, we didn’t have to still make her a slave. The whole reason I chose that route is because the slave kink isn’t really my jam. And the reasoning being that the MC doesn’t want the goddess involved and the marriage wouldn’t be recognized by law without it… who cares she’s not your real wife as recognized by law when you go the slave wife route anyways so why not just get her a ring and make her your wife without the ceremony problem solved.

So I actually read Visual Novels from time to time for the plot (real shit like Fate, Clannad, Yuzusoft games, etc.). For these kinds of porn games, however, I don't give a shit. I'm just here to finish my "business". I CTRL skip dialogue, get to the fappy bits, close out the game, and move on with my life. And so I did the same here for this game. At some point I was curious and stopped to actually read some dialogue, only to realize I've made a mistake. It's actually pretty good. The plot actually seems like it's going somewhere, the characters are deeply relatable, not too pandering, and genuinely funny. I did something here that I'd never done for a game found on F95. I reset back to the beginning and actually read through the dialogue. This is, in my opinion, one of the very very few actually good Ren'py games out there. The only reason why it's not a 5/5 rating is because the art is a bit lacking and the game, while starting strong, suddenly takes a turn for grind hell.

The slave plotline is great, though I somewhat dislike that the options in the "love" path become unavailable once the slave path is started. It would be better if they were still available but became more kinky. Like, why the hell can't I have a picnic with my slave?

v0.05 Ok why is this game not getting any real traffic here? This game nearly has everything needed for a great master piece. Cute characters, a good story, a suprisingly great MC. It is not a lot grindy and has the makings of a great game. I recommend everyone to try this game out, you won't be let down, If you like a good story with well made characters check this out.

Honestly, I don't understand why this game has received such high ratings. I barely made it through the intro, and after that I kept pressing Ctrl just to see what else the game had to offer. The biggest problem is how verbose all the characters are. A thought that can be expressed in two or three lines is stretched across all 50. Honestly, I've probably never seen such tedious dialogue anywhere else. And the main problem is the way the main character behaves. I understand that the author was trying to illustrate a loser, but fuck, he's so goddamn fuckwitted. I was just disgusted to read his inner thoughts. And the amount of attention given to mentioning that he's a virgin and how important that is, sickened me completely. The hero and his interaction with the goddess just took me out of the groove. I just wanted to close the game already. But I decided to continue to see what happens next. Because in the game's synopsis it was said that the player will have to survive and many decisions will be important. Well, I didn't see any influence on the decisions here. There are a few where the hero just dies and you go back to the choices. Where's the long playing consequences of foolish actions? Just pick the wrong one and go back to pick the right one? Is that interesting? Then looked at this so-called survival (yes with ctrl pressed, but still) and there is nothing. A lot of girls cling to the main character, he doesn't have to do anything. No player influence is required, just follow the tasks in the journal and follow the story. In short, I feel deceived. I was expecting a real attempt at making something that was different from a hundred other isekais, something like Re Zero but with more emphasis on grim content. Well maybe it's partially there, but those overlong dialogues are just impossible to read. I'm giving it an extra point just for the art, because the art in the game is good. The plot is terribly presented. The main character makes me cringe. The humor does not keep me hooked, it is not funny. The player's influence on the story is practically non-existent. Boring sandbox elements.

Now, how to rate this masterpiece! Where to start? First of all, I like 2D graphics a bit more than 3D AVNs. I am always in search of a good 2DCG AVN, and I think this qualifies as a top 3, if not the best. Coming to specifics, there are lots of positives - art style, characters, UI, story plot, choices and their consequences, the MC obviously, the girls, the music and soundtrack, and the quests. I would say I have seen very few places where a realistic portrayal of isekai-ing to another world has been portrayed. The mc is not the chosen one, which is cool, and that's what I like to see. Well, the grind is quite okay, not too much, but still, I would say try to make it less grindy, like the training of Lily, or offer more rewards to reduce the grindy feeling even less. Also, the fighting monsters quest is highly grindy, and please work on that. Even though I need to earn gold, I can train and get stronger, but that is capped. Seriously, look into it, although it may be how the author wanted it to be. And please, there are no cons. Really, I didn't expect this type of masterpiece when I started the game, though I had expectations seeing the character design of the MC, but not that much. Dev, there are no criticisms, and best of luck to you.
