About The Boss is Cumming

The Boss is Cumming is a Ren'Py dating sim from TBIC BossGames, presented with animated 3DCG art and a humorous, harem-style setup. You play a young man back home after a trip around the world, broke except for his memories, and trying to rebuild his life from scratch. His new shared house includes a former babysitter who has become a mysterious woman, plus her two very different twin cousins. The story mixes job hunting, unexpected encounters, relationship choices, awkward situations, and events that quickly go off the rails.

The current build is the v0.1 beta, released March 27, 2026. It is an ongoing early version, not a finished game. The game runs on Windows, is available in English, and is uncensored. The latest changelog says this update provides an initial zone release.

Developer's description

Follow the journey of a young man returning home after a trip around the world, his head full of memories but his wallet… not so much. Guess what, this young fellow is : you. In short, you have to rebuild everything from scratch. And because life loves a good twist, you moves into a very unusual shared house : a former babysitter, now a charming and mysterious woman, her twin cousins, inseparable yet completely different, adorable… and dangerously captivating. Between job hunting, unexpected encounters, relationships to build (or avoid ), events that spiral out of control, and deliciously awkward situations, our hero is about to discover that “normal life” is anything but normal.
