Generally files closest to the start or end of an episode will be the least likely to be corrupt. Minor issues can sometimes be solved by moving in and out of the room the game was saved in. While efforts have been made to preserve save games as best as possible, some breakage scenarios are unavoidable when making major content changes. sorry to disappoint you but this is in fact not a h-game, I believe there are only 1-2 scenes that "hints" the main characters did the thing, the closest game that comes to my mind is OMORI (which is psychological horror RPG game that is unique in another way ). To be honest I am not sure why its even on this site. Despite that its an amazing game with an interesting story, excellent narrative, nice humor, well written characters, realistic dialogue that aren't boring to read, alright background music etc. My biggest complain is some puzzles feels time wasting (they arent even difficult but you have to follow the exact steps / some trial and error to unlock them). And sometimes the game doesn't tell you what to do exactly but I never really got stuck so they are just minor inconvenient.

Not a hentai game, it does have some sexy implied scenes i could probably jerk off to but everything is censored... however, this is one of the best games ever made and a personal favorite of mine. this shit got me through a really rough depressed time in my life, i was so immersed and can remember some scenes so vividly they are like IRL memories, and i'm basing my entire personal aesthetic around Andrew graves. to say this game left an impression on my life is quite the understatement, i highly recommend this game. also i know we are all here to become king of the pirates like Luffy, but it is pretty cheap on steam and with the creator getting doxxed, death threats, hate mail, etc. and still continuing to make good progress on the game perhaps toss em a coin for me? i think they deserve it <3

Cool game! The Art style is my favorite thing about this game. Something about it is fun to stare at. The story is fun to replay when you’re bored, along with the music. Not sure how far the story is complete and I'm still playing it, but if it's ever fully complete, I hope it's just as good. lol

Great game, great art style, wonderfully believable characters. Only suggestions: 1 some of the puzzles are a little obtuse or don't work how you would expect. 2 can I just fuck my sister already? I know this is important to build up to given the story, but I hope in episode 4 they finally get to fucking. Ashley is a hot little brat who is begging for a good hate fucking. I know she needs it, andy knows she needs it, andy knows HE needs it. Get to fuckin, if first time was a rape scenario it wouldn't hinder the story any too. He could have to work to fix all the damage and ashley would have to come down a little to figure out she was actually okay with it because it was her brother who she's always wanted anyway so who cares how it happened. Then more fucking ensues. Anyway, can't wait for more, how the creator can dish out updates faster. Even if the story felt rushed once it was finished idk if artist realizes they could go back and work the story up more. Would like to see some endings and then the artist flush things out more later rather than get a really well thought out episode one at a time (what feels like) slowly. Still, hot dark story. You'll like it if you are at all fucked in the head.

Fantastic incest story about a lunatic girl and a brother that secretly wants to RAPE her There's a lot of trauma emo shit about bad parents, I am sure there are retards out there that can relate personally I could not. Despite that, it is still really well written and you feel bad for Andrew. And who wouldn't want to correct this bratty sister of his, it is surprising how long it takes to be completely honest for him to stop caring and go all the way. The game currently is halfway done approximately, and the DECAY path either ends with a cliffhanger or a weird abortion shit. Female writing man, yuck. I can accept rape and incest but abortion? Disgusting. I would recommend waiting for the burial path, which should be far more wholesome incest. If the burial path has any abortion shit.... [Note: I bought it on steam, I don't know if the big titty allegations are true but it has no impact on my score]

Find it weird how people are acting like a game not being out and out pornography somehow disqualifies it from being on this site. As if we don't have clear cut examples of non-porn games on here like The two Fear & Hungers or any of the myriad of tumblr VN's under the "no sexual content" tag. There is something to be said about the game not currently having that tag on this site but that's literally not relevant to the game proper. So to make this review an actual review, Here are my thoughts. It's a good RPGmaker game with good art and some fun INCREDIBLY toxic individuals who have a myriad of problems in a crapsack world all bundled up in an edgy package. If your a fan of stories with explicit incest, hot mentally disturbed people or just generally like an edgelord aesthetic, this is for you.

The story of this masterpiece is actually pretty entertaining, not suitable for highly sensitive people, but in general have to give credit where it's due. Even though the trama is quite dark with all the cannibalism and stuff, it actually has a really great plot and unique characters, unlike most recent visual novels that are just too "KAWAII" (cute af) where you just start the game, you meet the main characters and 5 doritos later you're already fucking, no date nor relationship development whatsoever, just straightfoward sex with all the heroines, for that just watch some real porn that's the same as these recent VNs, and yes, I call this a visual novel, as this is more like a history game where you just do exactly as told by the game until you get to the actually important choices that matter to change the route you'll be taking. But that doesn't matter much at all in this case, as the plot is entertaining enough to enjoy even the "grinding" on this game. No matter what others say. this game is an actual masterpiece in creativity, story innovation and well developed plot and characters, it is undeniable a good game and can't wait for the full release! Sadly enough, one can't truly enjoy these kind of story if you're too sensitive around dark topics such as these...

Version 2.09 A really spotless point'n click game. The character designs are pure eye-candy, especially with such a unique artstyle. I was at first worried the story would be just some edgy, amateurish writing, but it's actually really clever and well-paced; I never found any plot holes or some inconsistencies of character development, or whatever oddities usually crop up in that kind of story. There are only two chapters in this version, but they do a good job on keeping you hooked on whatever mysteries are left. If I had to spot one single flaw, I'd say the first puzzle with the red flowers is a bit obtuse if you don't know what to click on in the scene, and some puzzles require you to reload a save file as there's no in-game way to reset things if you fucked up. But that's a very minor gripe. Overall, it's a really good story in a really pretty package. For those among you still interested despite the other reviews, honestly, don't pay any attention to them if they don't review what the game actually is about. I don't know why people are so hung up about the "issue" they bring up, considering the kind of website we're on, but it really doesn't matter. The game is really short and well-paced, so it neve feels like a waste of time.

Go watch a streamer or vtuber play this. Go play the original version without the forced "upgrade". Go play nearly any other game on this site with actual porn. As others have said, this isn't a porn game, there's only one "sex scene" in the entire game which is nothing but a dream, is after the fact, and doesn't show anything; there's only a handful of mildly suggestive moments otherwise, and there's no gameplay worthy of note here. I'm not even going to cover the "mod", just look at the screenshots. Its an unfinished VN with a decent story and good character and relationship development tied down by an extremely simple implementation of RPGMaker . Its spicy, but far more in the non-sexual taboo aspects then anything else. If you MUST see this game, you will get a lot more entertainment value by watching someone else play it. You have better options, and in my opinion, this crap doesn't belong on this site.

Nice story, I really like the idea of puzzles even in their simplicity. But above all it's an ironic, fucked-up game with beautiful art. I hope the developer continues this project. First of all because I want to see the sex scene and then I want to know how it ends.

Basically this is not a game, but a mod posted in Games forum section pretending to be original game . Why mods didn't remove it, then? Don't ask me, I'm confused as well. What this mod contains: badly clipped badly drawn comically large tits and ass stretching like an old sofa. I don't know how can you fuck up simple shapes using 3 colors but there we go. You can't opt out of this mod btw. And so far all "good" reviews are reviewing original game, not mod itself.

Just want to make sure that people understand that all the "modder" did was change the Leyley's sprite from an attractive girl to some weird big tit caricature. I've played the original game, it was very good and didn't deserve any of the twitter hate that it got. This version, however, is hot garbage in an attempt to make it look like OP did anything to improve the game. Also, as previous reviews and comments have mentioned: There is no vaginal sex, this is not a porn game, and the only incest involved is ***implied*** incest in a dream sequence which has about 3 lines of text of a route that isn't mandatory to the story. TLDR; The original game is fantastic, buy it, download it, support the author. This modded version is not worth it unless you actively don't want to support the original author of the game or for some reason want to see very poorly drawn big tits.

I'm curious as to why this game is getting such low ratings because of a mod. I don't enjoy the look of the mod, I dont see it as a reason to rate the game low though... It's a good game, almost a great game; I enjoy some of the psychoanalytical disccusions around the game. I'm not entirely sure why it's on this site but maybe it will get more exposure. It is almost a visual novel, but not quite. Edit: after reading some of the newer reviews I understand why this has gotten as much flak as it has,I was unaware that this was a modded version in general; the real TCoAaL is a 4/5 for me but I have since revised my review for this. Credit to Hurrdurrderpderp for spelling it out for me.

Very dark and twisted. A kind of "point-and-click" vibe, with a peculiar but well developped narrative. The rather unhealthy dynamic between the siblings is appaling... and appealing. Of course my favourite is the sister. An above the cut yandere brocon girl. "Tar Soul" is a very fitting nickname. In short : I like it. A true (VERY DARK AS COAL) and beautiful gem.
