In The Femboy Neighbor, you play a former salaryman who has returned to a quiet Tokyo apartment and wants a calmer routine. After helping his striking new neighbor, Saori, escape a frightening break-in, he offers her shelter for a night, and the arrangement upends his life when he learns she is a femboy. DesireFox built this Ren'Py romance and management title with 2D AI CG, animated scenes, and voiced dialogue.
The current build is v1.2, released September 21, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android, supports English plus eleven other languages, and is uncensored. This update adds Chapter 5, Last Call, covering an evening out with Saori, a man outside the bar, and a secret she has never said aloud. It includes two animated 18+ scenes made with Spine, eighteen new CGs, Reiji, new Spine sprites for Saori, Mika, and Reiji, four backgrounds, nine choices, and 340 voiced lines across eleven languages, with Chapter 5 text in twelve languages. Technical work added native Spine support and fixed a font issue that slowed dialogue rollback.

first time I see a game all voiced in my natural language! For now five stars to encourage the dev. The game is pretty good. All will depend on the nsfw quality and fast updates. A good inovation worth nothing…

This is actually very good looking game with good potential though images are misleading as there seems to be little of actual content let alone any h scenes except the dream. Unless I missed something I am willing to wait…

Well, to be honest, as a straight man, I would always ignore femboy stuff unless it is futa on another girl, but this game has potential, and I really liked the story, and graphic was AMAZING. Another fact I would…
