About The Gauntlet
The Gauntlet is HimeCut’s second small Unity game. You play a male protagonist who helps an ancient monster girl escape her confinement. The premise has you follow desire rather than caution, so the world’s safety may be ignored while helping her flee. Play is puzzle-focused with animated 3D CG visuals, and the creator recommends downloading the game because the browser build is not fully optimized.
The current build is v0.6, dated September 7, 2024, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux in English, without censorship. The previous v0.5 update added another intimate scene, a searchable label for the Kakurasu minigame, and new monologues with a more linear order. The v0.42 release marked the game’s initial F95 debut, and later updates continued the project.
