The Her is a Ren'Py adult visual novel by NanoPixelated and Pixel4Tune, presented with 3DCG artwork. You play as Casey, who starts on the street after a hard waking and meets Ethan, a wealthy philanthropist. Ethan offers support so Casey can attend college, but moving into his large house brings a problem: the available clothing belongs to Ethan’s sister and does not match Casey’s usual style. The story explores gay, cosplay, and sissification themes while giving players sandbox-style choices and multiple endings.
Development is ongoing. The current build is v1.8, released on September 12, 2026, for Windows and Linux in English, with no censorship. The update includes two skins for Interactive Avatar 2 that include staged interactions, three new scenes, and parity between Girl and Boy modes. It adds improved eating interactions, an extra Emma interaction, a minigame that improves Casey’s mood, smoother parallax transitions, corrections for the One Year Later section, added Part 3, new scene sound effects, and bug fixes. New games started from v0.88 or later can unlock Emma progression.
